Action camera purchase
The action camera I bought from your company was great at first, but after a few months, it started acting up. The battery would drain super fast and the audio quality went downhill. I tried contacting customer service for help, but it was a pain dealing with long wait times and unhelpful reps. Honestly, I was let down by how quickly the camera went bad and the poor customer support.

Monthly subscription box
I decided to get my nephew a monthly subscription box as a gift, and for the most part, it's been awesome. He really enjoys getting new geeky stuff every month, and it's cool for him to have something to look forward to. But, we did have a problem where we got the same things three months in a row. It was kind of a bummer seeing duplicates of Death Stroke Funko Pops, Loki magnets, and Catwoman banners. But, other than that, we've liked everything else we've gotten.

I just got this really awesome black watch that looks just like it did in the pictures online. I spent so much time scrolling through all the different watches, but finally found the perfect one that I can wear every day. The shipping was really fast too, but just make sure someone is around to sign for it when it arrives. It actually came the very next day with FedEx, so I didn't have to wait long at all. I'm totally in love with this watch and can't wait to see if they have any cool sales coming up.

Certification course critique
The Certified Cryptocurrency Expert course (CCE) doesn't quite cut it when it comes to having up-to-date content and top-notch quality. The stuff they're teaching is more than 2 years old, which just doesn't fly in the quick-moving world of cryptocurrency. On top of that, the slides are riddled with spelling mistakes and typos, showing they didn't put much effort into making sure everything is right. It's pretty disappointing to see a source that's supposed to be reliable have such a low-quality course. They definitely gotta step up their game to keep up with the rest of the industry.
