    Mixed Feelings about American Residential Warranty

    I have had experience with American Residential Warranty and I have mixed feelings about the company. On one hand, they offer a variety of coverage options and the process of signing up for a plan was fairly straightforward. However, I have had issues when it comes to filing claims.

    The first time I filed a claim, it took a long time for a technician to come out to my house. When they finally did arrive, they were not able to fix the issue and I had to wait even longer for a second technician to come out. This was frustrating because I had already taken time off of work for the initial appointment.

    The second time I filed a claim, the process was a bit smoother. The technician arrived within a reasonable timeframe and was able to fix the issue on the spot. However, I did feel like the cost of the repair was a bit high considering I am paying for a warranty.

    Overall, I would say that American Residential Warranty has its ups and downs. While the coverage options are good, the claims process can be slow and sometimes costly.

    I just got a home warranty and had a really good experience with the customer service crew. They sent me an email about a payment problem with my account and when I called, I actually got to talk to a real person right away. Her name was Karen, and she was really nice about my situation because all my accounts got hacked not too long ago and I had to cancel all my cards. She told me about a grace period for payment and suggested I call back with my new card info once I got my replacements. I was really grateful for the quick and understanding help I got.

    I just wanted to share my recent experience with a customer service rep named Karen from this company. It was actually pretty positive. Karen got in touch with me about a missed payment, and even though times are tough right now, she handled it all really well, with grace and professionalism. She was really nice and understanding, and it made me feel appreciated as a customer, especially with everything going on with the economy. It's nice to come across people like Karen who are great at customer service, even when things are rough.

    I just got a home warranty plan not long ago and at first, I didn't get an email with all the info I needed. But, when I called for help, I was happy with the service I got. Andre helped me out, and he was able to get all the right details pretty fast. He found out that my email was wrong and fixed it right away. Andre took the time to explain my plan to me, answering all my questions in a friendly and smart way. All in all, I was happy with the way he helped me out.

    Policy adjustment and excellent customer service

    I had really great customer service recently when I needed to adjust my policy because of some money issues I was having. Bee Bee was super understanding when I told her about losing my job in September. She quickly fixed the prices for me, went over my policy details, and made sure I knew she had my back as a customer for more than 2 years. She even helped me set up a payment plan that was easier on my wallet. It was a huge relief!

    Account issue resolution

    I just had this thing with my account that had to get figured out, and let me tell you, the person I talked to was amazing. Karen was so friendly and nice, and she fixed the problem super fast. Not only did she sort things out, but she also took a sec to wish me happy holidays. It might seem small, but it meant a lot to me. I'm really grateful for her great customer service and positive vibe.

    I just talked to this guy Andre it was customer service. Man, he was awesome! He helped me out big time with a question I had about my account. Not only did he give me the info I needed, but he also clued me in on some discounts for members that I didn't even know about. That's service, right there! Andre really knows how to take care of customers.

    I had to call customer service twice and wait on hold forever just to talk about a discount. I'm a disabled veteran and senior, so I thought maybe I could get a break.     Changed mind about contract

    Because of some financial problems, I've decided not to go ahead with getting a contract set up. But I gotta say, Joel was really polite, friendly, and helpful, which left me feeling good about the company. I'm grateful that they didn't push me to keep going with the service. I might think about starting a contract down the road when my money situation gets better.

    I bought a home warranty thinking it would give me peace of mind, but it's been a letdown. I filed a claim in October for a major repair and since then there's been nothing but delays and bad communication. The part needed is on back order, and we even missed out on Thanksgiving because of it. Now, with Christmas coming up, we're still without this important appliance and might miss out on the holiday too. The compensation they're offering doesn't make up for all the inconvenience and frustration it's causing. It's really disheartening to see no progress or solution from customer service.

    The customer service rep I talked to, Karen, was kinda short at first, but got friendlier once we figured out it was a credit card issue. She was nice in the end. Btw, I think they should change Karen's name to something like Holly, for a more up-to-date vibe.
