    Quick and sweet service

    I just got off the phone with someone from the package center and man, they were awesome. Super nice, polite, and knew their stuff. They totally brightened my day with their warmth and friendliness. Ali is seriously the greatest phone rep around!

    Not getting my order cuz they said they ran out of stuff

    Man, I was really looking forward to my order arriving from that online store, but then they hit me with the news that they couldn't send it because they were all out of stock! Seriously, what's the deal with running an online store if you can't keep track of what you have? It was such a letdown and now I'm just irritated that I spent my money and time on that site.

    Chapstick and mints order

    I was really let down by this company. I ordered chapstick and mints, and asked for them to be put together, but when I got my package, I found out that I got the wrong labels and the stuff wasn't even assembled. I tried contacting customer service a bunch of times to fix things, but all I got was more waiting and broken promises. It took forever for them to admit they messed up and give me my money back. The whole thing was a huge headache and not at all professional.

    Horse supplies purchase

    I've been shopping at this store for a while now, buying horse supplies for years without any issues. But man, my recent experience with them was a major letdown. They dropped the ball on communication big time, letting me order stuff that was on backorder without giving me a heads up. And don't even get me started on the shipping delays with no explanation. When I called to double-check if they had everything in stock, they said yes, but turns out one item was on backorder and it held up my whole order. I had to haul butt over an hour away to grab what I needed before the bad weather rolled in. And you know what really ticked me off? No sincere apology or any sort of compensation for their mess-up. That was it for me. Trust broken, done deal. Not gonna be doing business with them again.

    Carplay purchase

    I got a carplay device and was told it would take 3 weeks to arrive, but ended up waiting for 5 weeks with no updates. I emailed customer service and it took them 3 days to reply, then another 3 days to check on my order. After this back-and-forth continued, I eventually asked for a refund. It took a few more days for the refund to come through. My whole experience with this company was really disappointing and aggravating.

    Water filter purchase

    This water filter was a total waste of money. The water tastes even worse now than it did before using it, and it doesn't even filter out impurities like it said it would. On top of that, the unit leaks which just adds to the frustration. But the really bad part is the customer service is terrible. They're rude, not helpful at all, and only seem to care about squeezing more money out of you. It's really disappointing how poorly they treat their customers, especially when the product is faulty. I'd stay away from this company at all costs.

    Sound effects for my project

    I just got some sound effects for my project and man, they're top-notch! I found the best 'Audience Applause' and 'Audience Ambience' files that really took my project to the next level. People don't always think about background sounds, but Pond5's collection has so many options to choose from, it's pretty impressive.

    Funko Pop!

    Ordered over $100 worth of merchandise over 3 years ago. Ship dates kept getting pushed back and then they sent an email in February stating they are closing down and no orders are going out. We are all left with no orders and no legal recourse since CC companies will only open disputes for orders less than 90 days old!

    delta 8 concentrate 3 x 2 gm containers

    It was supposed to be 2gm each but it was only about 1gm. I even weighed an empty and compared to the "full" ones and it was a gram or less. Only 1/16" thick layer. The guy promised to send me a gram to make it up but never did. 1 gm to make up being shorted 3 gm and he didn't even send that. Crooks, liars and chislers

    Don’t trust their reviews. I made a purchase based on reviews and when the product was nothing but snake oil I left a review. They deleted my HONEST review which makes me wonder how many other negative reviews are deleted. Their oil was incredibly expensive and worthless. They claim to have a no risk guarantee but after you receive your product you then find out that they will only refund a fraction of your money if you return. Super shady company!!!!!! Buyer beware

    First, to all the negative reviews, it’s a startup and it sounds like they’ve got some kinks to work out, but the product is excellent! Customer Service worked with me promptly when I asked about my order and when I finally did receive it, I haven’t gone back to purchasing edibles since! Give the company time to get things straightened out, we’re all going through this virus together, after all!

    Dishwasher part

    I placed order on Sept 1, 2020. Their website indicated it was on back order, but typically ships within two weeks. I began receiving notifications that it was still back ordered. After waiting one month, I called customer service and the representative informed me that their records showed I had received the part but it was damaged and they were waiting for me to return it for exchange. I hadn’t received anything, and the representative was able to see that the order number and customer information related to this issue wasn’t even close to mine. They informed me that unfortunately because of this “unfortunate processing error” my order was essentially taken out of the queue, and I would’ve received my part if this hadn’t happened. They apologized and said they put me back in line. I asked if I was going to be given expedited processing or anything and they politely said they would do what they could. I called back two weeks ago and was again told the part is on back order. After I didn’t accept the usual apology and “we’ll send an email with the status” answer, the representative said they would contact the vendor and see when I should expect the part. I waited on hold and then was told by the first of November. I called this morning and was once again, given an apology, and then shockingly, given 3 options. 1 being cancel my order today. 2, continue to wait. 3, Cancel but leave order open and I would be billed if the part ever does become available. I am completely shocked at how poorly this has been handled and how little interest, ownership, or urgency to resolve this by anyone I have spoken to. Two months waiting for a part I could’ve gotten from several other suppliers, if I was aware that it wasn’t going to come, and the expectations were incorrect; besides the fact I apparently missed my opportunity to get the part because of their processing error. If this is considered acceptable customer service by their company I have made my last purchase and am going to communicate my experience as a warning to as many people I can to avoid this same experience!

    THIS IS NOT INSURANCE!

    This is scam designed to help you fool your landlord into thinking you actually have renter's insurance, but it's not worth the paper it's NOT written on (everything is digital).

    It will satisfy your landlord but that is all. Do not expect to file a claim and getting it paid.

    You will waste hours of your time filing the claim. Then they will jerk you around for weeks. And finally, they will reject your claim on some b.s. fine print.

    How is this even legal?

    What and where is the fine print? What happened?

    He's lying. He works for AIG, found him on LinkedIn. Lemonade is an industry disruptor so people like him get all worked up because it threatens their financial well being. He works for a shameful company. AIG helped facilitate the housing market crash & wouldn't even be here if they didn't get a bailout from the US TAXPAYER!

    Craig is a Lemonade Stand Inspector. Did you get a new DENIED ink stamp? I can't believe you keep it in a holster on your belt! Craig came here to deny claims and drink beer, looks like he's out of beer!
