    Engraved wine box

    I ordered this cute personalized wine box for my wedding way ahead of time, but later on, I found out it got sent back to the warehouse with no heads up from the company. When I contacted them, they tried to tack on an extra charge to send it back out, which I thought was totally unfair. Their customer service was awful and left me in a panic trying to find a last-minute replacement. I definitely wouldn't suggest shopping here if you want to make sure you get your product when you need it.

    Chapstick and mints order

    I was really let down by this company. I ordered chapstick and mints, and asked for them to be put together, but when I got my package, I found out that I got the wrong labels and the stuff wasn't even assembled. I tried contacting customer service a bunch of times to fix things, but all I got was more waiting and broken promises. It took forever for them to admit they messed up and give me my money back. The whole thing was a huge headache and not at all professional.

    Claret napkins for wedding

    I bought some claret napkins from this company for my wedding, but man, I was so bummed out with what I got. I needed the napkins to match my bridesmaid dresses, but when they showed up, they were a totally different shade of red. So, I reached out to customer service hoping for a return or exchange. Instead, they blew me off and said personalized stuff couldn't be returned. Not being able to use the napkins for my big day was a bummer, but the bad customer service made it even worse. They barely tried to make things right, just offered a tiny discount on my next purchase. It felt pretty insulting considering their big blunder. Their lack of empathy and understanding was a major letdown.

    Personalized item with stickers

    The personalization on the item I bought was a letdown. Instead of actually engraving or permanently adding the name, they just stuck on some letter stickers. I tried reaching out to the company a few times, but never got a response. The item itself was okay, but definitely not worth the price I paid for stickers. Overall, I'm really unhappy with the whole thing and wouldn't suggest using this company again.

    I just bought some seeds from this company and man, I gotta tell you, I am super bummed with what I got. The seeds I planted ended up being weeds, which was so embarrassing because I had actually gifted them to people. I saw that a lot of folks had left bad reviews, but I still wanted to give it a shot - big mistake. I wish I had listened to those negative comments and saved myself the trouble. The customer service was awful too, they weren't helpful at all and didn't own up to their mistake. I suggest you find another place to get your seeds from.

    I ordered some cute personalized party favors for my bestie's birthday, but you know what? They never showed up! I tried getting in touch with customer service, but it was like talking to a wall. I ended up disputing the charges, but they turned around and disputed them back! Can you believe that? Now I'm left with no favors and still have to pay for them. This company is a disaster and clearly doesn't give a hoot about their customers.

    Oh my gosh, you guys, do not buy from them ever! Seriously, I got these tea bags for my mom's birthday and it was a complete disaster. First off, I couldn't even reach anyone on the phone and they never returned my voicemail, can you believe it? And then, when the tea bags finally showed up, I had to fork over an extra $70 to UPS! Like, why did I already pay $90 for delivery? It's just not right. The tea bags were just average, nothing special, and the whole thing ended up being crazy expensive with all those hidden fees. Ugh, worst decision ever. The website looks good, but don't let it fool you. I'm warning all my friends and family to steer clear of them!

    Personalized birthday mint tin

    I just bought a personalized mint tin for my wife's birthday, and I was really let down when it arrived. The font on it is so tiny, it's hard to even read! I've tried reaching out to the company a bunch of times about it, but haven't gotten anywhere. They said they could send me a sticker with bigger font for an extra $30 on top of the $179 I already paid. It's annoying that what I saw online didn't match what I got at all.

    Peter Rabbit baby shower items

    I bought some adorable Peter Rabbit items for my daughter's baby shower and couldn't wait to get them in time for the big day. Unfortunately, they didn't show up when they were supposed to, and I had to scramble to find replacement decorations at the last minute. I was pretty bummed when I finally got an email almost two weeks later saying that one item was out of stock and the rest of my order was delayed. I tried contacting customer service, but it was too late to get everything in time for the baby shower. I was really frustrated by the lack of communication and the overall bad customer service. I definitely won't be shopping from them again.

    Damaged purse purchase

    I bought a purse from this company not long ago, and man, was it a letdown. The thing showed up all busted, parts missing, and covered in grime. I tried getting in touch with customer service by email, sending pictures, and even calling them up, but no dice. All they did was ask for more pictures. It was a total headache and such a letdown. Do yourself a favor and steer clear of buying anything from these folks.
