Refunded shoes
I bought some shoes online the other day, but then I got a refund out of nowhere from the Bodega team. They didn't even explain why. So I contacted them and found out that the shoes I ordered were not available anymore. I asked if I could cancel the whole order, but they said no. On top of that, they don't do free returns, so now I'm stuck with something I don't want. The lack of communication and the fact that they wouldn't try to fix things really disappointed me and made me frustrated with my shopping experience.

I picked up some really cool bracelets for my older and younger boys, and they absolutely loved them! I also grabbed a few for my nephew's 8th grade graduation, and they were a big hit. The quality was fantastic, the customer service was top-notch, and they arrived right on schedule.

I bought some virtual event coffee packets from this place not too long ago for a big virtual event I was putting together. The packets came in time, but they were a bit of a letdown because they weren't put together – I had to stick the logo stickers on myself.
