I bought some virtual event coffee packets from this place not too long ago for a big virtual event I was putting together. The packets came in time, but they were a bit of a letdown because they weren't put together – I had to stick the logo stickers on myself. It was nice that they were a fair price, but it would have been better if they were ready to go out of the box.

I've been using these skincare products for about a year now, and let me tell you, they've really done wonders for my skin. I wanted to share my recent experience with customer service. I had a problem with my software and Jake, the rep I spoke with, was really great. He was super patient and helpful, and he gave me really clear instructions on how to fix the issue. A couple of weeks ago, someone told me to delete and reupload the software using a link they sent me, but when I tried, it asked me to pay for the software all over again. Jake didn't give up though, he stuck with me on the phone and walked me through the problem until we got it sorted out.

This company seems legit, but my experience was pretty frustrating. The website was a pain to navigate, and most of the stuff I wanted was out of stock, especially in the bigger sizes. It felt like there weren't many choices, and it was a bummer to shop there. Customer service was a nightmare. I couldn't even talk to a real person, had to do everything through emails. I first emailed them on August 23rd, and didn't get a response until September 16th. Still waiting on another reply about a return I need to make. The worst part is the thing I bought was too small, which just added to my annoyance. It's been over 10 days since my last email and I haven't heard back. The quality of the product was good, but the lack of info on stock and super slow responses from customer service really ruined the whole experience.
