I first saw this jar on my sister's counter — she swore by it so I ordered. Shipping took forever and missed the holiday by weeks. The cream spreads thin, feels a bit waxy rather than like real cocoa butter, and there's an odd odor, kinda like baby wipes or diapers, you notice it right away. Packaging looks nicer than what's inside, though; small surprise, the pump works smoothly. Seller blamed others for the delay.
Mostly convinced, still picky
