I just bought the CGR AL e model from the Birmingham showroom. The customer service folks were super helpful and really made the whole process smooth and easy. I went with the Enthusiast model with the Shimano 105 12-speed set up, and I gotta say, I'm loving how the bike rides. Quality tires at attractive prices
I got my tires a day ahead of schedule. I've bought a few different brands that aren't as well-known and they've worked fine for me. The tires were rotated smoothly with hardly any wobbling and needed only a small amount of weight to balance them. I saved a ton of money compared to the big name brands. I'll have to wait and see how they hold up with wear, but I feel pretty good about the money I saved.

Wheeler Tools says they have good stuff for gunsmiths and gun fans, but I didn't find that to be true. Trying to buy stuff from their website was a pain because it was hard to figure out what I was looking at. The customer service was meh - they took forever to get back to me and didn't really help much. Plus, their prices were way too high compared to other places that sell the same stuff. And to top it off, my order took forever to get to me, which just made me annoyed and let down. Overall, not a great experience.

Peter Rabbit baby shower items
I bought some adorable Peter Rabbit items for my daughter's baby shower and couldn't wait to get them in time for the big day. Unfortunately, they didn't show up when they were supposed to, and I had to scramble to find replacement decorations at the last minute. I was pretty bummed when I finally got an email almost two weeks later saying that one item was out of stock and the rest of my order was delayed. I tried contacting customer service, but it was too late to get everything in time for the baby shower. I was really frustrated by the lack of communication and the overall bad customer service.
