I placed my order on Jan. 27th to receive in 9-10 business days. Tracking stopped as of Feb 4th?! I called customer service twice. Feb 9th, the person I spoke to regarding my order was suppose to call me back after speaking with her shipping Dept. Since I didn’t receive the return phone call, I called back on Feb 10th, this person was to send me a replacement order expedited delivery. I finally received my original order today, Feb 12th. This was my first & last order from Deal Genius.
Plush Easter bunnies
I've enjoyed all the items I've purchased on this site but especially loved the Plush Easter bunnies for my kids. Months later they are still some of my kids favorite stuffed animals. Super soft and cute!

I bought a Cool Gear Stainless Steel/Ceramic Travel Mug - Triple Insulated coffee mug that said it keeps coffee hot for 6 hours. At 6 hours it was lukewarm at best. I posted that the coffee did not stay hot and was only warm on a review. It never appeared. I wrote to them and they said they do not post reviews that are unfair or inappropriate. What????? I am shaking my head as to what was unfair about being honest? I unsubscribed from their mailing list as I will NEVER do business with a company that censors reviews that show they have a bad product. Who knows what the truth is when you are buying anything if they continue that practice
