Last minute ticket purchase
At 4:47 PM, I got a message saying the ticket had been transferred and I should expect an acceptance email soon. But after waiting until the 4th inning, I still hadn't gotten the ticket. When I complained and asked for a refund, they told me I didn't buy the ticket through Gametime. So, I chatted with Gametime support, and they blamed the seller, saying they couldn't do anything else to fix the issue. The way both sets of partners passed the blame back and forth left me really frustrated and disappointed with how they handled the customer service.
Last-minute concert tickets
I recently bought some last-minute concert tickets from this service and it didn't turn out well. The tickets showed up super late, just the night before the show, so I didn't have any time to figure out something else in case they were no good. Sadly, my suspicions were confirmed when the tickets seemed sketchy. Right away, I reached out to customer service to ask them to double-check if the tickets were legit. They said they were and even mentioned they'd give me a refund for the tickets and some extra cash for the trouble of going all the way to the concert venue. But when we got there, they wouldn't let us in because the tickets were fake. They only offered to refund the ticket price, leaving me pretty annoyed and out of money for my travel costs.

I've gotta say, as someone who always seems to be buying tickets at the last minute, this service has been nothing but awesome for me. Even though I've heard some not-so-great things from others, me and my friends have bought tickets anywhere from a few weeks out to literally just an hour before an event, and we've never run into any problems. The fact that this service is so easy to use and dependable has made it my number one choice for buying resale tickets.

Ticket credit and seats
I was pretty bummed when the seats I bought weren't available from the seller, but GameTime really came through with amazing customer service by giving me a 130% credit. With that credit, I was able to snag some great seats and still had some leftover for my next purchase. I gotta say, GameTime really impressed me with how they handled everything, turning my disappointment into a total win.
Fraudulent Ticket Purchase
I can't believe this company had the guts to sell fake tickets! We bought tickets for my son's birthday on this app, but then found out they were no good when we tried to use them. It's so not cool to rip off customers like that. Our son was super pumped to go to the event, and now he's bummed out and let down. And to top it off, we had to dish out more money for new tickets at a higher price. Don't rely on this site, they're obviously selling fake tickets and can't be trusted.

OMG, I seriously love buying tickets from this place! It's like, so much better than Ticketmaster because I don't feel like they're trying to scam me. And I always get my tickets crazy fast!
Club level seats upgrade
The seller bailed on us last minute for tickets I had snagged months ago for a Steelers game. I was super bummed, but Gametime totally saved the day and hooked us up with an upgrade to club level seats without charging us extra. The Gametime team kept me in the loop through the whole process until they handed over the new tickets. I'm thrilled with how everything turned out and the awesome customer service from Gametime.

I bought tickets way ahead of time for the Luke Combs concert, but when I got there, they told me the tickets weren't valid. It was really frustrating and embarrassing. I'm definitely not going to use this service again and I'd warn others to be careful.

At first, buying a ticket for the Marlins/Padres game seemed great. The price was good and checking out was easy. But things took a bad turn when I needed to find my ticket. I got sent from the Gametime app to Ticketmaster, but my ticket wasn't there. I eventually had to use the Padres app to get my ticket. It was confusing and annoying, having to go through multiple apps. Even though there was a FAQ on the Gametime site, it wasn't much help for a first-timer like me. In the end, buying the ticket turned into a big headache.

Gametime is definitely the best ticket app around. Their app is super easy to use, and they have really good prices for basketball games. Purchased tickets for a baseball game
Hey, I was able to score some tickets for me and my buddies to hit up a baseball game. We were super excited to watch our favorite teams go at it. But when we got to the stadium, we realized that 3 of our tickets were gone! Ended up having to purchase more tickets on the spot because the ones we bought through the app were already sold. GameTime didn't even bother giving us a heads up! Now we're trying to get a refund, but they're ghosting us. Not cool at all, man.

I've had a pretty good experience with Gametime. They have great access to sports games and concert tickets. The stuff they offer is top-notch, so I give them a 5 STAR rating. But, recently I bought some concert tickets and they never showed up. It was a letdown, but I'm grateful for Gametime's efforts in getting me a refund. It took a few days of texting and calling, but they got it done.

Overpriced items
This company really needs to take a look at their pricing strategy. They don't accept any promo codes unless you spend over $150, and their payment options are pretty limited. I can't use Affirm, but somehow Sezzle works? It doesn't make any sense to me. I never had any problems with Affirm before, so why all of a sudden the change? - Gregory Reiser Jr.
