False Advertising
I put two tires in my cart thinking I was getting a good deal with free shipping, but I got hit with a $1200 shipping bill instead. The website said free shipping, but now I'm going through PayPal to try and get my money back. There wasn't even a phone number to call customer service, just an email that hasn't replied to me yet. Just a heads up for other buyers!

I had a great experience with the customer service rep I talked to. She was friendly and really seemed to care about helping me with my issue. She walked me through the troubleshooting process patiently, making sure I understood everything. She worked hard to fix the problem and gave me a solution that I was really happy with. Sleeveless Midi Dress

Overpriced table
I thought I was making a stylish investment when I splurged on a table from here, but I was so disappointed. The ordering process was fine, and communication was clear, but the quality of the table is just ridiculous. The legs were put on wrong, making it wobble, and the tabletop is all bent out of shape. It's obvious that what I paid didn't match up with what I got.

Reservation mix-up
I booked 2 deluxe rooms for 4 adults and 2 children using this hotel booking website. But when we got to the hotel, we were given standard rooms instead, and the reservation for the kids wasn't even in their system. I showed them my booking confirmation, but the customer service just brushed us off and didn't fix anything. It was really frustrating and I wouldn't recommend using this platform to others.

Photography course
I signed up for an online photography course, but then they charged me more than I expected and wouldn't let me cancel. I had to ask my mom for help canceling it since they wouldn't listen to me. It was definitely not cool!
