    Blue vase purchase

    I recently bought a blue vase from this company and it got here faster than I thought it would, which was a nice surprise. But when I opened the package, I was pretty bummed to see that the color of the vase was way darker than what I saw in the catalog. It definitely wasn't the electric blue shade I was excited for. Plus, it was obvious that the vase was made from a mold instead of being handcrafted, which was disappointing. The dark blue glaze was kind of dull and not as cool-looking as I expected. Even though the shape of the vase was cool, I didn't think it was worth the price I paid for it.

    Rattan Basket purchase

    I recently purchased a Rattan Basket and I am absolutely loving it! It's super durable and looks beautiful, plus it fits all my stuff just right. Couldn't be happier with it. I ended up buying another one when it was on sale, although I kind of wish I had waited for an even better deal. The second one was on backorder, but it arrived pretty quickly once it was back in stock. Definitely recommend this product!

    Outdoor dining lamp

    The outdoor lamp I bought for the patio is so pretty. We haven't put it up yet, but it looks amazing just out of the box. The first lamp we got was messed up, but the customer service folks were really quick to get us a new one. They stayed on top of things the whole time and made sure we got what we needed.

    I just bought a bunch of stuff from this company and let me tell you, I am so happy with how everything went. Their product selection is really great, the quality of what I got was even better than I expected, and their customer service was awesome. I was really relieved to find out that their return policy is super easy, because a couple of the rugs I ordered didn't work in my place. The fact that they offered free return shipping just made the whole thing a breeze. I really wish I could get everything from them, cause their service is top-notch.     Villa Hand-Knotted Wool Rug

    I bought the Villa Hand-Knotted Wool Rug online, and let me tell you, the quality of the rug is absolutely stunning. However, I was really let down by how off the colors were compared to what they showed on the website. It's supposed to be a bright white with a hint of thyme or light sage, but in real life, it looks nothing like that at all. It was disappointing, especially considering how much I paid for it. I was hoping for more accuracy and attention to detail when it comes to displaying products online.

    Wall mirror purchase

    I just bought a wall mirror and let me tell you, I was really impressed with the whole thing. The mirror came in packaging that was obviously meant to keep it safe during shipping. And the hanging system they included was great - it made me feel good knowing the mirror would be securely on my wall. It was nice that they included directions on how to clean and take care of the wood frame. You could tell they really paid attention to the small stuff. All in all, I was super happy with both the mirror and the packaging.

    Rug purchase for interior design project

    As an interior designer, I really need things to be timely and efficient when I'm buying stuff for my clients. Unfortunately, dealing with this company has been a letdown. Even though I have a trade account, the customer service just isn't there. There's no direct number to call and when I tried to talk to someone, all I got was an answering machine. It's frustrating not being able to communicate, especially when the orders are worth a lot. Like, I'm still waiting on a $2000 rug that was supposed to ship three weeks ago, and I haven't heard anything about a delay. They need to focus less on sending out all these catalogs and more on improving their customer service.

    I thought I was making a stylish investment when I splurged on a table from here, but I was so disappointed. The ordering process was fine, and communication was clear, but the quality of the table is just ridiculous. The legs were put on wrong, making it wobble, and the tabletop is all bent out of shape.     I've been buying stuff from this company and I gotta admit, their products are top-notch. The throw pillows and blankets I got are real nice and they really spruced up my home decor. But I've had a few issues with the shipping part. There have been times when the shipping took forever and I even got the wrong items once. Right now, I'm sitting here waiting for my throw pillows and blankets to ship, and it's been 10 days without any word. This whole shipping problem keeps happening and it's really starting to bug me.

    I can't believe it's been 8 days since I ordered those rugs and there's still no shipping update. What's up with that? I thought they were ready to go, not made-to-order, so why is it taking so long to get them from LA to San Diego? And seriously, almost 20 bucks for shipping? That's ridiculous!

    Bed order

    I recently bought a bed from this company and I have to say, the service was extremely disappointing. The first time I ordered a bed, there were missing pieces that made it impossible to put together. Now, with my second order, I only got the headboard, no frame, no slats, nothing. My house is a mess because of their mistakes, and my daughter has no bed to sleep on. I am beyond frustrated. The fact that their products are not even on sale makes this situation even more annoying. Considering how much they charge, you would think they would provide better quality and service. Not having a customer service phone number just makes things worse, since I have to wait for slow email responses. I have decided to cancel the transaction through my credit card company and get a refund. I will never order from them again and I strongly recommend others not to either.

    I have to say, the stuff I got from here was really top-notch. The pillows, rugs, lamps, and tables I got were all super unique and really added that special something to my home decor. The shipping was crazy fast, and I was so happy with the quality of everything I got. The one thing that bugged me, though, was all the emails I kept getting after I made a purchase.     The quality of the side tables is honestly not worth the price. I've tried contacting customer service three times now and still haven't heard back. The voicemail message on their phone also seems a bit sketchy. It's just really disappointing to spend 2k on something that doesn't meet my expectations.
