Pillows
Hey there, just wanted to chat about my recent experience. After reaching out to customer service about a delay, they got back to me with an explanation which I was thankful for. However, I did feel like the response could have been a little more friendly and competent. Anyway, the pillows have finally shown up and they're just what I was looking for. I'll keep this company in mind for next time, no doubt.

Time-saving email screening tool
The email screening tool is great because it saves me so much time. It automatically filters my incoming emails using rules I've set up, and I can also easily clean out my inbox with just one click to decide if I want to keep or reject recurring emails. I also like the message box feature, which helps me decide whether to keep or reject emails from certain senders.

Big chair for big guys
I have this really huge chair that fits me just right. I can lean back in it as much as I want without any concerns. It's super comfortable and I absolutely adore it! Sometimes the mechanism might need fixing since I'm a big guy, but luckily the warranty and customer service are fantastic so everything is just fine.

Luxurious coat
I just got this really fancy coat from an online store and I was actually pretty impressed with how nice it was for the price. Ordering it was easy-peasy and quick, plus I got a great deal on it. The delivery came faster than I thought, which was cool. Only downside was that I saw a little rip by the zipper, but I think I can fix it up. Despite that, my experience with Brand Alley was good and I'll probably shop with them again down the road.

Hat and scarf set
I bought this hat and scarf set for my dad and it was super nice at first, but then the hat started to get all bobbly and frayed real quick. I reached out to customer service and they took forever to get back to me! And then they told me I had to drive over 5 miles just to return it and get a refund. Ugh, so annoying!
