    Rattan Basket purchase

    I recently purchased a Rattan Basket and I am absolutely loving it! It's super durable and looks beautiful, plus it fits all my stuff just right. Couldn't be happier with it. I ended up buying another one when it was on sale, although I kind of wish I had waited for an even better deal. The second one was on backorder, but it arrived pretty quickly once it was back in stock. Definitely recommend this product!

    Microwave control board not working

    I bought a microwave from this brand last year and now the control board is messed up. I can't even read the time on it anymore! So I went online to try and find a replacement control board, but no luck. Like, seriously? How can you sell a product and not have parts available for it? I have some other stuff from this brand that I like, but this just really ticked me off.

    I was so happy with the Head to Toe Wax Kit! I've never tried waxing at home, usually prefer going to the salon. But because of everything going on right now, I decided to give it a shot. I got my package surprisingly fast, only about a week and a half! And the price was super affordable, much cheaper than getting waxed at the salon or buying strips at the store. The packaging was really cute and the instructions were easy to understand. When I finally used the wax, I was amazed by how smooth my skin was and how quickly the redness went away. The Post Wax Cloths that came with it were a game-changer, they soothed my skin and got rid of any leftover wax. Overall, I'm really happy with the results and definitely plan on buying it again.

    Star purchase for bereavement gift

    I recently bought a star for my grandma after she lost her husband. I wanted to give her something really special to remember him by, and a star felt like the perfect way to honor his memory. But when I was ordering it, I accidentally messed up the name. Can you believe that? I was so worried about my grandma getting a star with the wrong spelling on it. Thankfully, the customer service team was amazing. They fixed the mistake super fast and made sure the star was sent out with the right name. They even sent me new documents to confirm the change. I couldn't believe how on top of things they were and how well they kept me informed.

    I bought something on Black Friday and it's been a total mess. It's been two weeks and my order is still stuck in processing. I've tried to get in touch with customer service through email and phone, but no luck. The customer service line was even closed when I called. The brand's lack of communication is really frustrating. And I can't even cancel my order, which just adds to my annoyance. This whole online shopping experience has been a huge letdown and has left me feeling pretty disappointed.

    I recently bought two pairs of shoes from an online store and I gotta say, I was really let down by the quality. Both pairs looked like they had been returned by other customers and just didn't live up to what I was expecting. The Nike shoes had creases on the top, no shaping inserts, extra shoelaces, or stickers on the sole. Plus, the bottom was kinda yellowish instead of bright white, which made me think they had been sitting around for a while. The Converse pair also seemed like they had been returned and had some damage on the sole. I don't think I'll be shopping from this online store again, the quality just wasn't worth the price.

    I just got some accessories for my husband's VR headset as a last-minute gift for our 4th anniversary. Even though I ordered them just a few days before our special day, I was really happy with the customer service I got. At first, I was worried because I didn't see an option for priority shipping when I checked out. But when I emailed customer service, they quickly replied and said they would make sure it got to me on time. And the best part was, they didn't even charge me extra for fast shipping.     Copilot purchase for son's wedding gift

    I recently bought a copilot from this company to give to my son as a wedding gift. Unfortunately, when he opened it on his big day, he realized it was too small and wanted a bigger one. I contacted customer service to ask about returning it, but they strictly informed me about their 30-day return policy. They wouldn't budge on making any exceptions, so now I'm stuck with a product my son can't use. I was really let down by the company's lack of flexibility and understanding. Even though my son was happy with their stuff before, this experience left a bad taste in my mouth. Their attempts to be funny and cute in their descriptions and responses didn't make up for their poor customer service when it mattered most. I won't be buying from them again.

    I had a really bad experience with the company. I spent over $700 on clothes but never got them. They said it was delivered, but I never got it. When I asked for help, they just told me to dispute the charge with my credit card company. But even after I did that, they still fought it.     Father's day gifts for a church

    I ordered some gifts for Father's Day at my church a little over two weeks ago. Unfortunately, the first order didn't go through, so I had to try again on June 2nd. I called a week before Father's Day just to make sure everything would get there on time, and I was told it would arrive by Friday. But, Father's Day weekend came and went, and still no gifts. When I asked why, all they said was that my order hadn't been shipped for some mysterious reason. It was super disappointing and embarrassing since I had told the church members they were coming.

    First experience with shutters

    I just bought some shutters for my house from this online store and let me tell you, they were even better than I expected. The quality was top-notch and they were exactly what I wanted. The only downside was that there weren't any instructions in the package. But, I managed to figure out how to install them through some trial and error. The shutters were packaged really well, even though there was a little damage on one corner of the box, everything inside was fine. All in all, I'm super happy with my purchase and I'll definitely be ordering from this company again since I still have four more windows to cover.
