Lack of baggage info
The guy I talked to, Paul, was nice but didn't really help me out when I asked about United flights baggage rules. He said I had to contact the airline myself, even though there wasn't anything about that when I was booking. Now I've got to deal with extra stuff to figure out my baggage situation. I've had better times using other websites to book flights, so I'll most likely skip this service next time.

I had a really bad experience booking a flight online the other day. Me and my group booked flights from Mumbai to Bagdogra, but got a cancellation notice from the website the day before we were supposed to leave. We tried contacting customer service for help, but couldn't get through to anyone. So we had to scramble to make new plans last minute, and wound up spending way more money than we had planned for.

I was really happy with how Flights Mojo reached out to me early when my flight got changed because it was overbooked. Rick White told me about the switch from American Airlines to Delta right away and gave me all the details I needed. Even though I wasn't thrilled about the extra money, I know it wasn't Flights Mojo's fault. But in general, I was pleased with the service and how they kept me informed.

I've always had better luck finding good deals using this service instead of going straight to the airline websites. I just have to give a big shoutout to Joshua Phillips, the agent who helped us out. He booked all of our family's flights just the way we wanted, making sure we were all seated together. Air tickets - they are scam! avoid
They booked my flight from Vancouver to Nashville and gave me a booking confirmation with a tiny text within the email stating the ticket was pending. Ever since they kept sending me emails to call them, and when I called they said the airline does not have any seats available.
When I checked the airline website, seats were available so they lied. They then gave me a super long connection through Texas, a much longer flight, and a one-stop connection which was available at a much lower rate at the time of booking. Since the airfares changes every other minute, they knew that I would end up paying a lot more if I decide to cancel them and buy a new one closer to my planned travel dates. They are a scam, please avoid them.
They exploited my position as I had already booked my travel, hotel, etc. based on their initial booking confirmation four days ago.
