    Last minute International flight booking

    I had to book an international flight at the last minute, and luckily, I got some help from a guy named Rick. He totally understood what I needed and quickly found me a good flight.     Wrong Chair Color Purchase

    I messed up and ordered the wrong chair color from this company, and let me tell you, the customer service was terrible. All the chair names are similar and abbreviated, so it's super confusing. When I caught the mistake before the chairs even came, they tried to charge me way too much to fix it. No help from customer service and no managers available, it was really disappointing. Do yourself a favor and buy from somewhere else.

    Shampoo disaster

    This shampoo totally messed up my hair. I used the strength formula and it made my hair all sticky and gross. It not only made my hair thin and fall out, but it also gave it this weird brassy color. I couldn't believe how fast my hair went downhill after using this stuff.     Vegan products disappointment

    I was super pumped to discover this company that sold vegan products, but man, my experience with them totally let me down. So, I'm checking out, right, and they throw in some free gifts. Only thing is they didn't bother to mention that not all the stuff in the gift box was vegan. Next thing I know, I'm unknowingly using a non-vegan cleanser, which really rubbed me the wrong way. So I hit up customer service, and all I get is some generic response that doesn't even try to address the problem or show that they care about my concerns. And on top of that, they didn't even realize what they were promoting, so I couldn't even take advantage of a deal because of their mistake. Honestly, dealing with this company has made me feel like they don't give a darn about being ethical or caring about their vegan customers. Time to take my business elsewhere.

    Pitboss Grill

    I had a really bad experience with Pitboss grills. My grill caught on fire while I was smoking brisket because of a messed-up hopper and auger system. And their customer service? Terrible. Even though I had a warranty, Pitboss wouldn't honor it and just gave me the runaround. They wanted me to take apart the grill, mess with the 120v electrical stuff, and sent me random parts that didn't fix anything. It was obvious they were just trying to stall until the warranty ran out, leaving me with a busted grill. And the fire risk? That's a big deal that can't be ignored.
