Red Wings Pint Glasses
I bought a set of Red Wings pint glasses for my mom as a Christmas gift. But after washing them only a couple of times, the designs started fading. It was a bummer since I was expecting a better product. I was also annoyed that I couldn't give feedback on the website or reach customer service through email. On the bright side, Fanatics quickly gave my son a refund once they saw my review, which I'm grateful for. Thanks for fixing the problem.
Shirt purchase
The ordering process went pretty smoothly overall. I was kinda bummed out to see that the item I wanted wasn't part of the discount like it said in the email I got. It wasn't even on sale or clearance, so I was really hoping to get that discount. Anyway, checking out was quick and easy, and I got a confirmation email right away.
Shipping Delays
I bought something online and thought I'd get it in 5-7 days, but it's been over two weeks and my order is still stuck on "processing". The ship date keeps changing and I have no idea when I'll actually get it. The chat bot said I could cancel or change my order, but that's not happening. I just want a simple process and to know what's going on when I'm ordering stuff online. Can I please get my money back? This whole thing has been annoying. My order number is 193-6471-4305.
Sports clothing for Easter
I'm honestly pretty bummed about my recent experience trying to order some sports gear for my son's Easter present. The website said it would arrive by a certain date, but that didn't happen, so now I'm left high and dry and feeling pretty agitated. I shelled out a good chunk of change, only to be let down by a company that couldn't come through on what they said they'd do. The whole lack of keeping me in the loop and telling me what's going on was really disappointing. I'll definitely have to seriously reconsider ordering from them again.
Football jersey
My experience with the return process was so frustrating. It cost me a lot to send the item back through their website, and they didn't even give me my refund when they said they would. I had to keep talking to different customer service people online just to get my money back, and it was such a hassle. The whole thing was too expensive and just not right, really makes me think twice about buying from them again.
Super cool jersey
I got this really awesome jersey that came out a while back! I was super pumped to wear it and flaunt it around my friends, but turns out it never actually got shipped! I waited forever and nothing came! So I finally contacted them and they told me they didn't even have it available. Can you believe that?! I was so angry! Fanatics sucks, they just took my money and didn't give me what I ordered. I hope they go under because they are seriously the worst.
Eagles jersey purchase
I just bought an Eagles jersey from this site thinking it'd show up in 2 to 3 days. But when I checked my order, turns out it won't get here until May 9th. Seriously annoying. No idea why the delivery dates got mixed up. I really care about getting my stuff on time, so I'm pretty disappointed. They better figure out how to avoid screw-ups like this in the future so customers aren't let down.
Difficulty with online orders
I tried to order a gift card and some stuff online the other day, but man, that website was a mess. No matter how many times I tried, my order kept getting rejected or stuck in processing. It was super annoying and took up so much of my time. Definitely not happy with how it all went down.

I just had to return something I bought for my son, and I gotta say, the whole thing went super smoothly. I placed the order on February 26th and got it the next day, February 27th. But my son didn't like it, so I called customer service to return it. The person I talked to was really helpful, gave me a link to start the return process. Everything's going well so far, and I'm thankful for the quick help.

I recently had to cancel an order I had placed and I was really surprised by how great the customer service was. The first person I talked to couldn't help me, but they quickly passed me on to a more experienced rep named Cristin. Let me tell you, Cristin was amazing - she really listened to me and promised to take care of everything. Even though my order was already being processed, Cristin sent me an email confirming the cancellation in just 2 hours. I was really impressed by how quickly she handled the situation. If you ever need help from customer service, definitely ask for Cristin - she's the best!
Vertical frame order
I just ordered a vertical frame, but got sent the horizontal one by mistake. I talked to a customer service rep named Cristin and she was super helpful and quick to fix it. The next day, I got the right frame. Cristin's awesome service really made a difference and made this whole thing a good experience.
T-shirt with the puppy design
This company is terrible! I ordered this super cute puppy t-shirt back on February 6th and I still haven't gotten it. They told me it would arrive in 2-4 business days, but that was a total lie! I really wanted to wear it on my vacation, and now I can't. I'm so frustrated! There's no phone number to call, and the dumb chat bot doesn't even know where my order is! I just want my money back! Ugh!
England kit (socks and shorts)
I just bought an England kit that came with socks and shorts that I couldn't find in any local stores. Had to order 'em straight from the company. But man, it took almost three weeks for the shorts to get delivered, ain't that a bummer? And let me tell ya, the customer service from the company was a total mess, real disappointing if you ask me.
Resolved shipping issue
I had this shipping problem with my order, y'know? The stuff got sent to my old address and I was freaking out. But, I hit up customer service and they totally fixed it real quick. They sent the missing items to the right address and I gotta say, I was pretty impressed with how fast and smooth they handled it.
Oversized t-shirt purchase
I recently bought a big ol' t-shirt for Spring Training from this website. Let me tell ya, it was super thin, cost way too much, and ended up being way too small after I washed it. Plus, the tags were in a really weird spot that made it look pretty silly. Needless to say, I won't be making another purchase from here.
Defective rugby jumper
I got this rugby jumper from that company and man, was I bummed when it came with two holes in it! I hit up customer service via email on March 10th to let them know, but I haven't heard back from them even after reaching out multiple times. It seems like they care more about pushing out low-quality stuff than taking care of their customers.
Solar lantern purchase
I recently bought this solar lantern from a company for my yard, but it came broken. My daughter got it for me as a Christmas present, so we were pretty bummed about it. We decided to return it and even sent pics of the messed up box to show what happened. But, the company didn't do anything to fix the situation. They charged us a $5.99 return fee and slapped on more charges, so we only got a small part of our money back. This kind of treatment is just not okay, and I won't be buying anything else from them in the future.
Birthday Present for Husband
Don't know as it never arrived. Ordered it on 07/03/2021 and went out for delivery 07/04/2021 and here it is 06/21/2021 and it still hasn't arrived going from Florida to Texas. I communicated with a customer service representative only via email asking for a full refund because now my husband's birthday has come and went. I called and they said they would refund me within 2-7 business days. Let's see! It is a shame because I have shopped with them before. P.S. I gave one star for shipping because it wouldn't allow zero.
Astros T-shirt
Ordered two Astros short sleeved womens shirts and one mens Dodger shirt. All arrived quickly and well packaged, but one of the Astros shirts was long sleeved. I double checked my order and I had NOT ordered a long sleeve top. The item was on sale and I decided I could alter the sleeves myself, so I kept it.
I was disappointed that Fanatics didn't offer reviews on their products. It would be really helpful to know how items fit - all these t-shirts tend to run very small and be designed for very thin, very tall people!AMAZING AMAZING !
i am a big fan when it comes to NFL , so my brother told me about this fanatics and i bought the shirts from here to try out
it happened last summer , and i think i have tried lots of things from here
they do have amazing collection for NFL fans and also they offer more to this option. the clothes i bought from here is really good and super amazing in wearing
i think i am going to use this site more soon
