Shipping Delays
I bought something online and thought I'd get it in 5-7 days, but it's been over two weeks and my order is still stuck on "processing". The ship date keeps changing and I have no idea when I'll actually get it. The chat bot said I could cancel or change my order, but that's not happening. I just want a simple process and to know what's going on when I'm ordering stuff online. Can I please get my money back? This whole thing has been annoying. My order number is 193-6471-4305.

Greenhouse replacement
I recently got a new greenhouse but it was missing some parts. We reached out to them and they apologized, saying they didn't have the missing pieces. Instead, they decided to send us an entirely new one! Their customer service was amazing and they sent it to us really fast. Now we have a brand new complete greenhouse and we couldn't be happier!

Shoes bought on September 2nd
I got these shoes on September 2nd after the website said they had them in stock. But then, they messaged me to say they couldn't find them and I should wait. So I did. I reached out later and they told me they were all out. They gave me a few other options on the website or a refund, and I went with the refund. But now, I still haven't gotten the shoes or the refund. I'm just waiting for them to get in touch because calling them hasn't worked out. Just the other day, I got some sandals from a different store and everything went smoothly - fast delivery and exactly what I wanted. I hope they learn a thing or two from that!

DIY shelving unit
I just bought a shelving unit from this company and added some extra braces to help support all my stuff. The customer service was really helpful in sorting out some issues with the unit. I do think they should throw in more braces in future orders to make sure the shelving stays stable. It's a good product, but could use a little tweaking.

36x24 canvas print
I got this 36x24 canvas print from these guys, but it was a total letdown. The picture was all fuzzy and low-quality, so there was no way I could show it off at home. It was kind of a bummer to find out that this company doesn't warn you if your image might come out bad like some other printing places do. And when I tried to talk to customer service about it, all they offered was a partial refund. I ended up feeling like I just threw away my money on something that wasn't up to par.

I ordered a pocket-hole jig kit, but I never got it. I tried to reach out a few times, but nobody ever got back to me. So now, I had to go ahead and file a claim with PayPal. Definitely not the greatest experience!

I bought a bunch of stuff from this store, like clothes, jewelry, and home decor. I really liked the handmade designs of the products, they totally showed off the craftsmanship and style of Asia. The quality was top-notch, you could tell a lot of effort went into making them. I loved that the company focuses on fair practices and works directly with artisans in different communities. It felt good to support a business that respects cultural traditions and helps out local artisans economically.

New cozy shoes
I just picked up these really comfy shoes and I'm obsessed with them! I wear them constantly because they match everything and keep my feet warm without making them all sweaty. I used to have a pair, but someone swiped them when I left them in my bike bag. So, I got a new pair a few months back and they're just as awesome as the first ones. I totally suggest them to anyone in need of comfy shoes that go with everything.
