I’ll think twice before buying from the same brand again, though.

Installation was straightforward once the part arrived. The box itself is roomy — plenty of storage for cushions and tools — and it blends in on the deck. It’s not perfect; I still double-check screws now and then, and I might have preferred a darker finish, but overall I’m really glad I bought it. don’t expect the “upgraded heavy duty” greenhouse they show in the photos — it’s a cheaper knockoff — but if you’re handy and want a budget shelter, you can make it work. I ordered on December 12, 2023 (a 10x30x6.5 ft model) because the listing and pictures promised thick steel and heavy-duty build. I was skeptical from the start but figured for the pre-order price they gave me (they dropped it to $230 from about $600), I’d give it a shot. It didn’t show up in January like they hinted. After asking, they said it was coming from overseas, then it moved through California and finally arrived here in central Washington months later.
First impressions were rough. A lot of the bars were dented and bent straight out of the packaging — not something UPS did in transit, these dents looked like they happened before shipping. The tubing is much thinner than the advertised photos, and in normal winds (we get gusts up to 50 mph here) it feels flimsy. I honestly thought it wouldn’t last a week. I also looked up the company on the Washington State contractor lookup and couldn’t find any record of them doing business in Kent like their listing claims, which set off more red flags.
Customer contact was okay-ish — they answered but gave vague timelines and didn’t admit any fault about the advertised “upgraded” model. I took photos, compared the ad to what I got, and it’s a different product. That said, after a few evenings of reinforcing the frame (extra brackets, some conduit for support, better anchoring) the structure is standing and has survived a couple of decent gusts so far. It’s not pretty and it’s not what was promised, but functionally it’s serving as my season extender now.
So: if you need something heavy-duty out of the box, skip this. If you’re buying cheap and are prepared to reinforce and accept some risk around warranty/legitimacy, it can be a stopgap. I’m filing complaints with the BBB and state licensing just to be safe — I don’t think their marketing matches the product. Use caution, set expectations low, and plan on doing some work after delivery.White deck box purchase
Recently, I bought a white deck box from this store to stash our pool toys. The delivery was super quick, but when the package came, the lid hinges were missing. I reached out to customer service, and even though they didn't have just the hinges, they sent a brand new deck box. It got here faster than I expected and had all the parts included. The final product is strong and good quality, so I'll definitely think about using Yitahome for future searches. However, the website said "white", but what came was actually light gray. It seems like when you order white, you end up with light gray instead. Despite this little mix-up, we decided to keep it since it did the job we needed it to do.
Deck Box Purchase
I really want to shout out this company for going above and beyond. I bought this huge deck box for my patio not too long ago, and man, the quality is top-notch. But what really got me was the amazing customer service I got. This guy, Yuumi - he was absolutely fantastic. He did everything possible to make sure my purchase went smoothly, and that's something you don't see every day. I was seriously impressed.
Desk purchase
