My Experience with Yita Home
I have been a client of Yita Home for several months now, and overall, I have been very pleased with my experience. The website is easy to navigate and has a wide variety of products to choose from. Vintage-inspired storage cabinet
The storage cabinet we bought for our new place is really nice - super sturdy and looks vintage, which goes great with our room. The price was right and it arrived in perfect shape. But, I gotta warn you, putting it together took a while. There were a ton of pieces and the backboards were kind of tricky, especially if you're flying solo. It took me a good 2.5 hours to get it all set up, and I had to do some extra gluing for the screws. But, even with all the time and effort, I'm happy with how it turned out. I bought a shelving unit from the store.
I bought this shelving unit from Yitahome not too long ago. When it showed up at my door, I opened it up and saw that one of the shelves had a scratch on it. I shot customer service an email about it and was happy to hear back from them pretty quickly. They said sorry for the trouble and gave me some money back to make up for it. The way they talked to me was professional and easy to understand, and I was glad they were so quick to help me out. In the end, I feel good about how things ended up and would think about buying from them again down the road.
Home office desk
I just got this home office desk from the store and I'm loving it. It's big and perfect for my work-from-home spot. I was so happy when it came in perfect condition with no missing or busted parts. Putting it together was easy peasy and everything fit just right. I really like the built-in power outlet because I don't have to crawl under the desk to unplug my laptop. I'm super impressed with how nice and useful this desk is.
Outdoor canopy purchase
I just picked up this awesome outdoor canopy for my backyard and wow, it totally matches my outdoor furniture! The shade it provides is perfect and it really spruces up my outdoor area. I did have a little trouble with the crank mechanism, but the customer service team was super quick to send me a replacement part and fix the issue. All in all, I'm really pleased with my buy.
Greenhouse replacement
I recently got a new greenhouse but it was missing some parts. We reached out to them and they apologized, saying they didn't have the missing pieces. Instead, they decided to send us an entirely new one! Their customer service was amazing and they sent it to us really fast. Now we have a brand new complete greenhouse and we couldn't be happier!
Greenhouse kit purchase
I was really pumped to get this greenhouse kit, even though some folks were saying it took forever to arrive. But you know what? Ours showed up super quick and everything was there, except for a small tear in the cover. We contacted them, and they got back to us right away! They sent us a brand new replacement greenhouse pronto, no questions asked. I was really pleased with how they handled everything!
Sturdy bed with minor assembly tweaks
The bed looks pretty sturdy and has a nice color to it. But those barn doors are loud as heck, and putting it together took way longer than they said. Plus, it's a bit shorter than I thought it would be. On the bright side, the manual is super detailed and really helped out. All in all, it's a decent bed, just a couple small things to watch out for.
RV toilet purchase
I got an RV toilet from this place and it was way too big for my tiny camper bathroom. I tried to get it installed by a pro, but no luck. Then I couldn't return it because I'm old, and it was a pain. But they actually gave me all my money back after a few emails! That's super nice of them. Now I can buy a new toilet that fits.
