    Kit lender shipped out a children's glove in a womens kit - wrecking our ski weekend. My fiance missed her 9 am group instruction because we were busy tracking down a pair of gloves for her. And because it was only a weekend trip - she was not able to reschedule and we were not able to ski the second day. We got 2 hours of the 4 hour class - and that was all the skiing we were able to do because kitlender failed to provide the equipment needed - they didn't check their work prior to shipping a set of children's gloves for an adult kit. Then - they refused to believe me - waiting until they got the kit back to discuss the resolution - they refunded us $15 of $300 rentals - rental gear we were only able to use 2 hours because of their negligence - ruining our first ski vacation. BEWARE! They don't care about their clients. They don't take responsibility for their shoddy work. They don't adequately compensate you for their mistakes. A set is a set - take away one piece and it's worthless! Stay away from Kit lender - there are better options. Any option is better than Kit Lender. BEWARE!

    I had a really bad time with this company. Three times in a row they sent me faulty and incorrect items. It's annoying that they keep messing up my order, even though I tried to fix it. You'd think they could at least check before sending things out, but nope, not here. Dealing with this has been a huge waste of my time and I still don't have what I actually ordered.

    I gotta admit, I was kinda nervous about ordering from here at first because of some bad reviews, but I gotta say, my experience was actually really great. I got an Aston Villa shirt without any customizations and went for express shipping since it was for my dad. Even though they said it would come on the 23rd, I ended up getting it in just 3 days after ordering. It was a nice surprise. Plus, I liked getting those email updates from the store about where my order was at. The shirt is really nice quality and my dad loved it as a gift.

    I just got this home office desk from the store and I'm loving it. It's big and perfect for my work-from-home spot. I was so happy when it came in perfect condition with no missing or busted parts. Putting it together was easy peasy and everything fit just right. I really like the built-in power outlet because I don't have to crawl under the desk to unplug my laptop. I'm super impressed with how nice and useful this desk is.

    Office Desk

    DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS SCAM COMPANY. Ordered an office desk for $7500in February and was charged the full amount at this time also. Supposed to be 9-11 weeks delivery time as stated on their website. Never received an email stating anything different. At the end of May after not hearing anything I requested an update and they said it would be shipped within 2 weeks. That was a lie and In July requested another update they said now ship in early to mid August. Mid August comes around then they say it will ship in mid October. Mid October comes and I hear nothing so requested a refund at that time and did not get any response. Now have to file a dispute with credit card company, filing complaints with Division of Consumer Protection in NY, BBB and view this as possible fraud so will be filing a complaint with the DA office.

    Moro.com should read the FTC rules on stated shipping dates. Here is a refresher:

    this company is a train wreck - I ordered a tuxedo - it was supposedly shipped and then they indicated they don't have the size so ordered another one - week goes bye and email comes with Fedex shipping number - but then another email comes and says they can't ship because it is damaged - their customer service number recording says California is "closed" because of covid and nobody can answer phones - but it September 2022 and California is not closed for covid - end result after four weeks no tuxedo for my event this weekend - really terrible company

They buy collections but are not checking the items in terms of condition. In both cases I was able to get a refund or a cash credit, but I'm done with Trainz. I'm not able to get any other info from USPS routing number and not able to get any kind of response from Vintage Brands. They mention a "chat line" but there's no way to access it.

    Revolv split system heat pump

    The system ran for about 2 weeks and then stopped. It was determined that the heat pump coil had a leak in it and eventually shut down. I have tried to order a replacement for over a month and have been ignored. They do everything they can to avoid warranty service. Avoid this company at all cost!

    Site stated order will ship withing 2 business days and they will notify customer of shipping and tracking number. 5 days later, items not shipped and no tracking number. But my cxredit card was charges!! Company makes false promises.

    Warning: Iboats.com does not back what they sell, nor do they take returns, which is legally questionable. Bought a Westland boat cover which, after several storms, clearly does not keep out the rain — even posted properly with poles to avoid pooling. Ask to return/exchange the order. They said no, said Westland refuses to take it back, then went dark. Next stop: Better Business Bureau. But be forewarned: They, and Westland, do not back what they sell!

    After two months they only delivered the lowest priced item I purchased. The other items worth $100 are missing. Emailed them and got a reply and person called Abegail. So far no resolution.
    It seems the goods are made in China to minimum quality standard. But the retailer is based in Turkey.
    This is headache and long-running hassle that is just not worth it.
    Stay away from Blaroken. I have a very bad feeling this is scam retailer and I got ripped off

    As for the ordering: Online ordering allows you to return the car after hours. However, there is no drop box at the location.

    Service: Arrived at 7:30 a.m. The time posted online. They had a paper sign on the door that says they open from 8-5. Which puts the drop off time after hours and would have resulted in being charged an extra day. Because of the discrepancy in posted business hours, I was 30 minutes late for work. If they had a drop box or the decency to open the door and at least ask why I was there, they could have just taken the keys and sent me on my way. But instead, they chose to sit in the office eating breakfast and playing on their cell phones while myself and five other customers stood out in the cold until exactly 8:00 a.m. where they did nothing but take the keys anyway. There was nothing for me to sign, no inspection needing to be done, just took the keys and sent me on my way. Something they could have done 30 minutes prior.

    The car: While the car was new, rode well, and was great on gas, the interior smelled like cat urine. Not sure if they are using ammonia to disinfect them before use. But, it's not a pleasant scent to have to deal with for 5 days.

    I probably would not be using this company again, and will not recommend to others.

    We rented a car from your business on Prospect Avenue I Champaign, Illinois. I had the pleasure of working with Nate and what a great person. He was easy to work with and very courteous. The suv we were to get smelled on the inside and he was glad to exchange for another vehicle. We also had a last minute change with insurance and was glad to work with us on that. The car was clean inside and out also. What a great experience from the start to the end. Nate was a pleasure to work with,5 stars on everything. Thanks again.

    I will not ever rent a car from enterprise or recommend any to rent one. On Thursday the 18 of March 2021 had a horrible experience with the so call branch manager on Friday the 19 of March 2021. The branch manager name is Nicholas Curlett. This so call branch manager was so rude disrespectfully not friendly wasn't helpful at all. He would not rent to me a first time customer because my card was declined on Thursday. I told the young lady I'll be back on Friday to rent the car. It was plenty of money in my account. I deposit my money in my account through the atm on Thursday not realizing I had to wait the next business day so I go back on Friday to get the car and I get this manager who was a ass hole he was really a piece of work. He let everyone in the lobby know that my card was declined the day before who does that. That so call manager need to return to school if not enterprise will be losing a lot of business. Also on their door please wear a mask but know one in there was wearing one no social distance at all. Why do all the co-workers in there take his bull crap he talks down to them. Remove him.

    Have similar problems to everyone else. I was able to register the CD and the License Manager worked fine. A few days ago I tried to access the files and Adobe DC wouldn't open the file "No License". Checked the License Manager and no licenses were listed. Where did they go??? Tried to use License Manager to re-register the CD and could not get a license from the server. E-mailed Sales and got a reply that the E-mail was not deliverable. went to Forelpublishing.com/register and tried to register the CDs again and was told that the CDs were already registered to me. Very Very frustrating web site. No HOME page, No Phone number, No SUPPORT page, just a catalog page. Right now my CDs are useless. Ordered the CD from Amazon.

    bought a comet and falcon shop manual tried to down load on a new comp said it could not reload the number is 6KT-838-XS2-M20 I thought I wned this copy did not realize that I COULD ONLY USE IT please send me a paper copy or refund the money I thought I bought this copy back in 2015

    Recently purchased this manual on the USB flash drive and wanted to comment about how happy I am with this purchase. Scans are clean and clear. Best of all, I can zoom into see some of the finer details (not so young any more) and then print whatever pages I need.

    Also, I liked that I was able to save the PDF to my computer. Now I have it on the USB on my keyring and on my desktop computer.

    I strongly recommend this product.

    I bought a stuffed pig set for my granddaughter on November 27. I have not received it in mid-december, and I am afraid that Christmas will not arrive, so I place a new order by DHL express shipping. Customer service took the initiative to contact me and told me that the parcel would be delivered in 2-3 days and would be received at Christmas. I don't have to buy again.     I ordered Christmas pajamas for my grandkids. Ordered their regular sizes but decided to go check sizing again. Their sizing runs extremely small. Contacted them via customer service same day ordered to cancel. They answered the day after I got an email that the items had shipped. The message read- let us know what sizes you need and we can change. How can they change sizes if it's already shipped. Poor customer service. I paid with PayPal and will be contacting them.

    I placed an order on September 30th. It is now November 8th and I have not yet received my items. I have reached out via email and made a phone call with no response. Beware ordering from this website. I do not recommend it.

    Do NOT order from this site. Immediately after placing my order I realized it is a scam website so I reached out to their customer service email and requested a cancellation of my order. They quickly responded agreeing to cancel the order but I have not seen my refund. That was three weeks ago. I will be contacting PayPal tomorrow to get a refund.

    Ordered items weeks ago, still don’t have them. They sent me a tracking number three weeks ago saying the item had shipped. But every time I check it says the order is still in Australia. I’ve tried to contact Solbari several time but get no response. Beginning to think these people are a scam. Stay away!!!

    Ordered item on 11 April and still not received although original delivery time was given as 4 to 5 days. Solbari refusing to refund money and blaming Australia post. Track and trace doesn't work and the parcel could be lost for all I know. Very disappointed in this company
