Defective and wrong items received multiple times.
I had a really bad time with this company. Three times in a row they sent me faulty and incorrect items. It's annoying that they keep messing up my order, even though I tried to fix it. You'd think they could at least check before sending things out, but nope, not here. Dealing with this has been a huge waste of my time and I still don't have what I actually ordered.
Progressive readers with blue light filtering
I was really let down by the progressive readers with blue light filtering that I bought. At first, I thought they looked really cool and felt nice and comfy, but that's about where the good stuff ended. I've been using drugstore progressives for years and never had a problem, so I had high hopes for these glasses. But man, was I wrong. The way the different strengths were divided was so jarring and confusing to wear, and the part meant for looking at screens just wasn't strong enough, even though it was supposed to be the same strength as my other glasses. And on top of all that, the blue light filtering made this weird reflection and ghost image above the screens, making them impossible to wear. Overall, I was super disappointed with these glasses.

Oversized prescription glasses
I wanted to try out Caddis glasses, so I snagged a pair of oversized prescription glasses on sale. But when they arrived, I was bummed out. The glasses were way too tight on my head and squeezed my temples like crazy - super uncomfortable. They weren't doing my nose any favors either. When I tried to see about returning them, I found out they were final sale and couldn't be returned. That info wasn't clear when I bought them, so now I'm stuck with glasses that are a total no-go. Definitely not shopping at Caddis again.
Small reading glasses return
Hey there! I recently purchased some reading glasses, but they turned out to be way too small even though I ordered the larger size. Dealing with the return was such a hassle. I only got a small portion of my money back, and on top of that, had to pay for shipping costs! Other online stores offer free returns, so why not this one? I've bought plenty of glasses in the past, but I don't think I'll be shopping here again.

I was excited to get these. It’s hard to find readers that go up to a Level 4 - and they were cute. I have a big head, but when I put these on they slipped right down to the tip of my nose. Way too wide in the “arms”. Then the blue blocker lens - such a weird look. Kind of mirrored and definitely cast a blue tint on my face - which isn’t a good look. Also - and this is the first time it has ever happened - the lenses touched my eyelashes (even without mascara) and that felt awful. Top it off with no pouch included (I can buy a box for $15) and I am sending these back as fast as I can. Hoping they’ll give me a timely credit… we shall see.

I have ordered from Caddis several times and it takes forever to get your purchase. But recently I ordered 130.00 gold frames readers and it’s been a mont and they have still not arrived. I called them and they were nice but said they would call warehouse and see what hold up was then said they would send 2 day mail and I’m still waiting bottom line if you don’t need your order in a reasonable time frame don’t order from them.
