I've had the same experience that Becky has had. Ordered item on Dec. 4, got email alluding to item being in "pre-shipment," whatever that is, and then NOTHING. I'm not able to get any other info from USPS routing number and not able to get any kind of response from Vintage Brands. They mention a "chat line" but there's no way to access it.
