Exchange assistance from Ashley
I gotta say, I was kinda hesitant to buy from this company because of some bad reviews I saw. But let me tell you, my experience was totally awesome. Ashley, the person I talked to, gave me amazing customer service. She really went out of her way to help me with an exchange, even though she didn't have to. Her friendly attitude, quick replies, and helpfulness made everything easy and stress-free. I really value all the hard work she did to make sure I was happy.
Purchased item for Husband's Birthday
I ordered something, but it's been 2 1/2 weeks and I still haven't gotten it. I've sent a bunch of emails but haven't heard back at all. It's starting to seem like maybe it's a scam.
Two hoodies
I bought two hoodies back on December 20th, but they still haven't shown up. The status of my order has been stuck on "being printed" for weeks now. I've been reaching out through email multiple times to check on my order, but I haven't heard anything back. I even had to get my bank involved to dispute the charge and reported the whole mess to the Better Business Bureau. It's so annoying to not get what I paid for and not hear anything back from the company.
Unfulfilled order
I really wish I had checked out the reviews before I went ahead and ordered. Turns out, my experience was exactly what everyone else was complaining about. I placed my order and then never got it, even after I tried reaching out multiple times. It seems like the way they run this business is pretty unprofessional, almost like a kid in their garage. I was super let down by how little they cared about providing good service and keeping in touch.
Two hoodies
I ordered two hoodies on 1/1/24 and it's been a total nightmare. It's already 1/26 and my order is still in the printing process. I tried reaching out for help but there's no customer service number to call. I sent multiple emails to customer service and finally got a response after two weeks and six emails. And to make matters worse, their cancellation policy is so strict - you have to cancel within 2 hours of placing the order. I definitely won't be ordering from them again!
crew sweatshirt
The quality of the sweatshirt was below average and the logo of the Detroit Pistons looked and felt like Darryl used his mom's heat press in the family basement. Every order is "specifically made" yet it took 17 days from order to delivery.
Poor quality items, long delivery time
I wouldn't suggest buying from this company. It took a whole month for my order to show up, and when it finally did, the stuff was not good at all. I was super let down by what I got and felt like I got ripped off. I definitely won't be shopping from them again.
$300 clothing order
I just made a huge $300 clothing order, and man, did I have a rough time with the company. They sent me a confirmation email after I ordered, but then they totally disappeared on me. No updates, no answers to my messages - nada. It made me feel like I got ripped off and had no idea what was going on with my order. But after waiting forever, almost a whole month, the stuff showed up out of nowhere. The lack of communication and slow delivery really got on my nerves and left me feeling pretty unsatisfied. I really hope they step up their customer service game moving forward.
Logo sweaters
Hey there! So, I ordered some logo sweaters from this company, thinking I could give them as a Christmas present. But man, let me tell you, I was super bummed when they didn't show up until December 31st! They were supposed to be here by the 12th. And even if they did arrive on time, I wouldn't have been able to give them as a gift because they were such poor quality. The logo transfers were this shiny, stiff plastic that just looked awful. It's pretty obvious this company has some serious issues with both their delivery and product quality. To be honest, I totally regret ordering from them and I definitely wouldn't recommend them to anyone.
Sweatshirt
I ordered a sweatshirt back on December 15th, and here it is January 28th, still no sign of my sweatshirt! It seems like this is a common thing nowadays - we spend our hard-earned money and get nothing in return. I've been emailing them like crazy, but the status still shows "processing." We need to spread the word about this awful situation! Everyone should get together and make a formal complaint. I definitely won't be purchasing from them again, that's a guarantee!
Gift shirt purchase
I just bought a shirt as a gift from this store, thinking I had given plenty of time for it to get here. But, whoops, their cancelation policy threw me for a loop. Even though I ordered the shirt weeks ahead of time, I only found out later that it wouldn't be here on time because they only ship on business days and don't give shipping estimates when you buy. So now I'm stuck with a shirt I didn't need and had to rush to find another one somewhere else.
Two T-shirts and one French terry hooded sweatshirt
The quality of the print on the shirts is absolutely amateur work. Returns are only available if there’s a manufacture is a defect. I was offered an exchange of the items for some thing of equal or lesser value. If they are of equal or lesser (I can’t imagine worse than this) value and of the same quality. I’m going to have to say I am not interested. The company will receive a one star review from me on Google reviews. I am going to recommend that patrons and customers know that these are vinyl transfers used with a heat press. They are not silk screened. My coworker makes better shirts than these while working out of her craft room at home.
The return policy is archaic and needs to be revamped. It is unfair for people, some of us single mothers and teachers who make a disgustingly low salary, to not be able to return something that has not met high standards when almost every other business on the planet allows it. It’s a horrible practice.
The work of the company is an embarrassment and should not only be ashamed of that, but also the way the way treat customers are treated. I am extremely embarrassed to give these as Christmas gifts. I would not every recommend this product or company to anyone. Buyer beware.Vintage Wisconsin Badgers T-shirt
The Vintage Wisconsin Badgers T-shirt was awesome! It's super high quality, the design is one-of-a-kind, and it's really comfortable to wear. I love the vintage vibe it gives my outfit, and I've gotten a ton of compliments on it. Plus, Ashley's customer service was top-notch. She knew her stuff about the product, answered all my questions, and made buying it a breeze. I'll definitely be back for more stuff from Vintage Brand in the future.
T-shirt purchase disappointment
I just bought a shirt from this company and man, I gotta say, I was super let down by the whole thing. They totally dropped the ball on keeping me updated about my order. I tried hitting them up through email a bunch of times, but never got a response. I had no idea where my stuff was! It's like they just ghosted me. This kind of customer service is not cool at all. I'm thinking about taking this up with someone higher up 'cause this is just not right.
Shirt purchase, satisfied
Vintage Brand takes forever to ship stuff and reply to emails, but they do eventually send it out and give you tracking info. The shirt I got was really good quality and looked just like the picture. Even though it took a while, I'm happy with what I bought.
Custom Vintage T-shirt order
I can't believe how bold this company is. I ordered a custom vintage t-shirt and weeks later it still said "being printed." I contacted them to ask about my order and got a response saying production is slower because of the holidays and sporting events. Are you kidding me? That's not a good enough reason for bad communication and late shipments. When I spend my money, I want my purchase delivered on time and with accurate updates. The lack of honesty and professionalism from this company is awful. I'll be shopping somewhere else from now on and telling everyone to do the same.
Ordered XL shirt but received a Large
I ordered an XL shirt, but they sent me a Large instead. I've been trying to get in touch with customer service, but I haven't heard anything back. It's really frustrating to get the wrong size because of their mistake. I wouldn't recommend buying from them at all.
Ordered cool shirts
I tried to reach out to them to return my shirts, but they took forever to get back to me. And let me tell you, when I finally got the shirts, the quality was so disappointing. The design was stiff and uncomfortable. Honestly, I would've preferred if they had just lost my order rather than sending me these awful shirts. I definitely wouldn't suggest ordering from this place, no way.
Eagle Socks and sweatshirt
I ordered Philadelphia Eagle socks and Eagles sweatshirt for my Grandson for Christmas.
The package came, but the socks were awful..way too tight and oddly shaped.
The sweatshirt was too small and I want to exchange it for a ... size. Customer service has not answered me ... I will not be purchasing anything else from this brand.
If anyone wants a good website for Sports cloths, etc. Use Fanatics.com. They are great

Wish I had read reviews before purchasing anything from this company. Been over 2 weeks since I ordered and not a peep from the company after two requests for status of delivery on the bogus “chat with a rep” feature on the website. This company ... and from what I’ve read, the product will likely ... too. Never, never buy anything from them!!
