Online dating membership
I just joined an online dating site because of a cashback deal. Even though I didn't really hit it off with anyone on there, I was looking forward to getting some money back after six months. But then, when I tried to claim my cashback, the company said no. I was pretty bummed about it - it felt like they were playing me. Plus, on top of that, I noticed some sketchy profiles on the site that seemed fake or shady. All in all, I was not impressed with the whole experience.

The dress I ordered was gorgeous, and it got here really fast. But, I didn't check the size first, and now it's a bit too small. The return was simple and they picked it up from my house. Now, I'm just waiting to get my refund so I can get the right size.

Saddle purchase
Wow, this whole situation with the online cycling store has been a disaster. I ordered a saddle but never got a receipt because of an email problem, even though I gave all the info needed. I tried to contact customer service multiple times with no response, and then found out they placed a duplicate order without my permission. When I called to ask for a return label, they promised one but never sent it. They wouldn't even acknowledge my emails until now because of this survey. I'm stuck with a saddle I don't even want because it's not worth the trouble to send it back or dispute the charge on my credit card.

Crew neck sweater
I bought a crew neck sweater online not too long ago, and I have to say that I am really happy with how great the quality is. The sweater looked just like it did in the pictures on the website, and the fit and comfort were even better than I expected. Car rental purchase
I recently rented a car through a travel website and ended up having a really bad experience. When I got the confirmation email, it was obvious that what was on there didn't match what I had originally bought. I spent a bunch of time on the phone with customer service, and it became clear that a lot of the reps were not being honest about the rental terms. Finally, one rep owned up to the mistake, but still tried to say that all the info had been given to me, which just wasn't true. As a result, I got hit with an unexpected $200 charge. When I tried to complain about it, the reps just kept lying and even tried to blame the rental agency even though they weren't at fault. My complaint got denied because the rental agency denied it, which just didn't make sense.

I tried to reach out to them to return my shirts, but they took forever to get back to me. And let me tell you, when I finally got the shirts, the quality was so disappointing. The design was stiff and uncomfortable. Honestly, I would've preferred if they had just lost my order rather than sending me these awful shirts. I definitely wouldn't suggest ordering from this place, no way.

I just bought an online course from this platform and it's been a total mess. In the beginning, there was a lack of info and support, and even after reaching out to customer service multiple times, nothing got resolved. Overall, super frustrating and disappointing.

Damascus knife set
Ordered a knife set however all the knives were blunt and unusable. Not a great feature for a set of kitchen knives. I had to get them all sharpened, paying extra to get them into a useable state. No response from their customer service, terrible experience, terrible service and terrible quality controls. Such a shame, as the knives are actually quite good, after I paid extra to sort them out.

My worst online shopping experience..My order has been cancelled and after email that confirmed canecellation I didnt get any refund and noone contact me. Same to me! Order cancelled because “stock error”, but money charged and not refunded. I’ve send like 4 emails in 3 days but no answer. I feel so annoyed... this was my second order, the first was ok, but this time everything went wrong. I hope they will refund soon or My lawyer will contact them.

Ordered a customized lighter. Never received it. 3 weeks. No info. No response. Nothing. Scam. Def took my money though
They are international but sent from California. Terrible quality. False advertising. No communication, never sent tracking number, terrible customer service. Informed I was unable to return bracelet. Will report this.
