Cutec wipes
I finally got my hands on those Cutec wipes after a long wait, and man, they were totally worth it. The package came quickly and was in great shape, just like last time. Oh yeah, my first purchase was that killer SVB Dakota Edition cue stick in sapphire blue, and let me tell you, it's been a real game-changer. Billiards King really knows how to hook you up with top-notch stuff that makes a difference in your game. They even took care of a small issue with the cue stick super fast and efficiently. The only thing I wish I had gotten was the scuffing tool, but that extension they threw in is awesome. Thanks a ton, Billiards King, for always coming through with awesome products and service.
Pure X low deflection pool cue
I got this Pure X pool cue from this place and it showed up earlier than I expected. But, man, I was strugglin' to control it because of the skinny shaft and the weight was off. So, I called up the store and talked to Rich. He suggested changin' the shaft and fixin' the weight. After they made those adjustments, the pool cue was spot on. The customer service was top-notch, and Rich really went above and beyond to make sure I was happy. I'd totally shop here again and tell anyone lookin' for pool cues and stuff to check 'em out.
First purchase experience
This was my first time shopping with this company and I've got to tell you, it was awesome. The ordering process was super easy, the website was simple to use, and I had no trouble finding what I needed. The service was excellent, with quick responses to my questions and staff who really helped me out. The prices were fair and competitive, and I felt like I got a good deal. Carbon fiber shafts
I just picked up some of these new carbon fiber shafts and man, they are awesome! I've been using them at the pool hall and they really make my shots feel so much better. I checked out the specs on the Billiards King website to make sure they would match up with my cue, like the joint diameter and all that important stuff. I totally suggest giving Billiards King a look for anything you need for playing billiards, they really know their stuff!

I was on a mission to find that dang Cuetec Propel Ghost jump cue, searched all over the place, and finally came across Billiards King. I had checked out a bunch of websites but they were all out of stock on this hot item. Just when I was about to give up, I saw that Billiards King had it in stock. Ordering was a breeze and the shipping was super quick. Thanks to Billiards King, I'm now dominating those jumps with my new cue.
New pool cue case
So, I snagged this cool pool cue case from this rad store and it was seriously a breeze to order. I even got it way faster than I expected! And when I wanted to switch it up for a fancier one, Rich was super chill and helped me out with the return. They had a bunch of awesome cases to pick from, even with the holidays coming up. All in all, it was such a good experience and I'm pumped about my new case!
Billiards table
I just bought a billiards table from this place and I have to say, I was really happy with how fast they processed and shipped it. They even sent me a confirmation of my purchase to make sure everything was secure, and the table arrived in perfect condition because it was packaged really well. I just bought a cue case and a moosehead bridge online and it was such a smooth process. The website was super easy to navigate, so I quickly found what I needed. Custom pool cue
I bought a custom pool cue from this store and it was just what I wanted in terms of quality and design. However, I ran into a big problem with the shipping. Even though I paid for one-day shipping through the postal service, the package went on a little road trip from New Jersey to South Carolina before finally arriving in Virginia four days later than I expected. It was pretty frustrating and definitely not the speedy delivery I was hoping for.
Pool glove
I really appreciated how well they kept me in the loop while I was ordering. I got emails right on time for each step - when they got my order, when it was sent out, when it was on its way, and when it arrived. The only bummer was waiting so long for it to get to me, but I get that's just how it goes sometimes. Can't wait to start using my new pool glove! Thanks a bunch!
Lucasi cue, wanted a different model
I recently bought a Lucasi cue, but later decided I wanted a different model. I called them up and they were really cool about letting me exchange it, didn't even ask any questions. Communication was great and the customer service was excellent. I'll definitely be going to them from now on!
19 oz cue stick with Irish linen wrap
The 19 oz cue stick with an Irish linen wrap that I ordered came in really great shape, just a little over a week after I ordered it. It's just what I needed and works great in my area with low humidity. The only problem now is that my wife is kinda jealous and I might have to get her one too.
Pool table purchase
Rich was really helpful when I had to buy a pool table that I couldn't find anywhere else. The prices were good and the table showed up quickly and well wrapped.
