I just bought a Borealis backpack online for my big trip abroad. The website said it would take 12 days to get to me, so I ordered it early. But now it's been over three weeks and I still haven't heard anything about my order. The tracking info still says it's been "Awaiting Carrier Pickup" for the past six days.

I recently purchased some stock videos and had a bit of trouble downloading them because of the whole "download without license" issue. And once I finally got them all downloaded, some were a bit disorganized and needed to be unzipped. But the good news is that I did find some really high-quality stock videos in the end!

Custom Vintage T-shirt order
I can't believe how bold this company is. I ordered a custom vintage t-shirt and weeks later it still said "being printed." I contacted them to ask about my order and got a response saying production is slower because of the holidays and sporting events. Are you kidding me? That's not a good enough reason for bad communication and late shipments. When I spend my money, I want my purchase delivered on time and with accurate updates. The lack of honesty and professionalism from this company is awful. I'll be shopping somewhere else from now on and telling everyone to do the same.
