I wish I saw these reviews before I ordered. I am still waiting on my Christmas gifts and have received no response. My card was charged the day of the order, yet I have no email confirmation with my order number and have no response from their “chat line”. IF I ever receive the items, based on the reviews above, sounds like they won’t even be worth the wait. Don’t waste your time or money on this site.
Hoodie
Order placed on 12/13 and as per site, would arrive before Christmas. Never received an order shipping email. Attempted to contact customer service and could only leave email message. Direct message advertised, but is also a lie because it provides you with an automatic response. Received email later tonight (1 day prior to Christmas Eve) stating order can’t not ship due to inclement weather. Don’t waste your time ordering from this POS website, will never buy any merch from this brand again!!!
Shirt
The company took my order but did not return my repeated emails about Order Status. I have not idea when it will arrive. They said they had a chat function for questions. This is not a chat function. It is just something that sends a message to a black hole. There is no customer service number. I WOULD NOT BUY FROM THEM DUE TO THEIR LACK OF CUSTOMER SERVICE.
T sshirt
I ordered what is described as a vintage quality T shirt and followed their sizing chart. Item arrived on 11/9/2022. Way to small and poor quality. Not at all as described on the site. I sent a request for a refund/return. No response. Web site says only refunds for manufacture defects. It is a defect, poor quality and incorrect sizing chart. In the trash it goes. Non existent customer service. Way overpriced for what you get. $38.00 in the trash.

Ordered on 12/15, knowing that cut off date fir guaranteed Xmas delivery was 12/14. After numerous emails regarding 1 item out of stock, and numerous inquiries regarding the remaining items in my order, was alerted on 12/24 that items may be shipped some time in the following week. I would not recommend this company. Like, ever.
Shirts and Poster
Items arrived in a timely matter. One of the items arrived damaged and they immediately replaced the item at no extra charge. Excellent customer service on their end.
2 hoodies
GARBAGE AND MISLEADING
Ordered a Michigan Wolverines and Georgia Bulldogs hoodie. While they looked awesome on there website with Crisp colors on the decals, the ones I got looked absolutely nothing like on the website. What I got was a gigantic Pink Bulldog on the red hoodie and a gigantic Green Wolverine on the Michigan hoodie. Total GARBAGE and overpriced. If you want a good product then you should go to the teams website and order it there. No wonder why they don't let you leave a review on there website. They hand pick the good ones that there friends and family write.1984 Retro Bulls "hoodie"
Don't trust their sites products, the company's loyalty, and most importantly their on-site reviews! The only company's that have a perfect "5 star" review are the companies writing their own reviews, or only publicizing the "5 star" reviews they get. ... First off, not a "hoodie". The material is thinner than my work undershirts. Second, everything about what I ordered was misleading! From the company's expectations of the finished produce (I have the screenshots of order confirmation email showing me what I was expecting to get), to whatever it was that ended up on my porch tonight. Everything from the centering of the hood on my throat, to how far lopsided the logo was, to how bad the front pouch is stitched on (it's so far off center I can't use it if I thought it'd help keep my hands warmer in the first place, and it dips so far from one side to the other that I can't hardly get my left hand into the pouch. I wish I could post the pictures I have of what I paid for and got. It's almost embarrassing!
Two Oklahoma Football Shirts
The T-shirt quality is average, the logos are ironed on by someone in an office or garage. Poor Quality. Do not recommend.
T-shirt and crew
The t-shirts ran small for their size and the crew was this and of poor quality. The company claims that they are special ordered and cannot be returned or exchanged. The special order is because I chose one of their designs for the school which they advertise. I did not request anything different than what they offered. Apparently, it is considered a special order as soon as they screen print the school on it. Do not order from this company as you will not be able to return anything if it doesn't fit like it should.
Is 2 Georgia bulldog shirts and a Georgia bulldog coozy retro
The shirts that I ordered were supposed to be a dry fit blend they turned out to be Jersey and cotton. Took twice as long to be delivered as was originally stated. Now I can't find out how to return the shirts since it's telling me they were specially ordered when they weren't. I ordered these from my husband who was an army veteran of 27 years and has supported the bulldogs everywhere we have lived

DO NOT order from this company...if something doesn’t fit or you don’t like the item, you CANNOT return the item! I repeat, you CANNOT return anything once it’s ordered and delivered!

Sweatshirt itself is good quality and comfortable. The school logo / design they iron on is good, but the color is awful. Ordered a vintage Ok St sweatshirt. The imprint is red instead of Ok State orange. The color looks more like OU red/crimson than Ok St orange

I've had the same experience that Becky has had. Ordered item on Dec. 4, got email alluding to item being in "pre-shipment," whatever that is, and then NOTHING. I'm not able to get any other info from USPS routing number and not able to get any kind of response from Vintage Brands. They mention a "chat line" but there's no way to access it.

Sweatshirts
I am very disappointed in this company. Love their options of merchandise but I got a pre shipment notification of my order on Dec 4th. I have tried to contact them several times by email and their message on their website no reply. It is Dec 16 and order is still sitting in pre shipment. Yet their website still says order by today to get delivery for Christmas.
