Whiskey Brown Calf leather jacket with minor alterations
I gotta say, that Whiskey Brown Calf leather jacket I got from this store went above and beyond what I was expecting. The leather quality is seriously top-notch, and I was really impressed with how they were able to tweak their usual styles to match what I wanted. Scott was awesome, always quick to respond and totally willing to make sure I got exactly what I was looking for. I definitely recommend this store to anyone looking for a leather jacket. Oh, and just a heads up, if you already have a jacket that fits well, they can adjust it to make it even better. But if it's your first time ordering a jacket, make sure you give them accurate measurements to avoid any sizing issues.

Travel cancellation policy not honored
We had a flight canceled recently, which made us miss our first night at a hotel we booked through this travel company. Even though we told them about the cancellation and their policy said we would only have to pay for one night, they charged us for the whole stay. Dealing with both the hotel and the travel company to fix this was frustrating, especially since we got conflicting info and ended up being charged more than we were supposed to.

This website is super sketchy, I really wouldn't suggest anyone give them any sensitive info, especially credit card details. The customer service is basically non-existent and I had a horrible time dealing with them. Definitely steer clear of this shady site!

Helmet purchase
I just bought a helmet from RevZilla and got hit with some extra costs because the prices were in USD instead of my local currency. I was totally caught off guard by how much more I had to pay, and on top of that, I found out their return policy is a pain after I made the purchase. Unlike some other sites where you can just cancel your order easily, RevZilla makes you email them and wait around for a real person to help you out with the return process, which can take forever, like up to 6 hours. It's super frustrating and inconvenient, especially when I realized the helmet wasn't even worth the high price I shelled out for it.

Supplements and wellness products
While iHerb does have some great deals on certain items, my time on their website has been quite a letdown. The main issue I've run into is with their shipping choices - it's like every product has its own mysterious way of getting to me. Even when I added stuff to my cart, the free shipping to Belgium option just vanished out of the blue, leaving me stuck with a high delivery fee. I also found out that the "free shipping" deal doesn't usually apply to items on sale, which just causes more confusion and wasted time. Trying to get help from customer service was a bust too. On top of all that, the option to pay with Bankontact has been on the fritz for months. And once that error pops up, there's no way to switch to a different payment method. All in all, the headaches I've dealt with on iHerb's site and app outweigh the savings they offer on their products.

Ordered wrong size bottle
I messed up and accidentally ordered the 750ml bottle instead of the 1 liter bottle. I shot them an email right away to try and cancel, but didn't hear back at first. Eventually, they said they were working on it, but the order ended up going out anyways. In the end, I had to place a new order for the right bottle, and they both showed up together in one package. So, I wasted money on shipping for the wrong bottle. Now I have to send it back and pay for shipping all over again, essentially losing $7 on a $17 purchase. I really should have checked out the reviews first!

Who wouldn't want their old photos to look amazing after being digitized? Imglarger did a fantastic job for me. I was super impressed with the results - it's the future of technology for sure. I do wish their prices were a bit more affordable for us regular folks, but hey, quality does come at a price. If you're a pro and not using this service yet, you're definitely missing out!

I got these awesome sunglasses from a really cool website. They had this neat feature where you could try them on virtually before making a purchase. I signed up for their loyalty program and got a free monogram on the sunglasses. When they arrived, they were nicely packaged and arrived right on time. Overall, it was a great experience.

1984 Retro Bulls "hoodie"
Don't trust their sites products, the company's loyalty, and most importantly their on-site reviews! The only company's that have a perfect "5 star" review are the companies writing their own reviews, or only publicizing the "5 star" reviews they get. ... First off, not a "hoodie". The material is thinner than my work undershirts. Second, everything about what I ordered was misleading! From the company's expectations of the finished produce (I have the screenshots of order confirmation email showing me what I was expecting to get), to whatever it was that ended up on my porch tonight. Everything from the centering of the hood on my throat, to how far lopsided the logo was, to how bad the front pouch is stitched on (it's so far off center I can't use it if I thought it'd help keep my hands warmer in the first place, and it dips so far from one side to the other that I can't hardly get my left hand into the pouch. I wish I could post the pictures I have of what I paid for and got. It's almost embarrassing!
