Highly recommended!
Got a refurbished model. For the price it’s worth it. Just a few scratches to the scooter but very minor and still runs as if it were brand new. I was looking around for a scooter but went with this model for the range and the removable battery. The removable battery is great because you can always buy purchase a spare battery and double your range. Plus if your battery does go bad for what ever reason, it’s an easy swap. Would highly recommend to a friend.

I had a suit that was the wrong size. I immediately put back in box and returned. They charged a 20% restocking fee, I payed to ship it back myself (another $20) AND they subtracted the original shipping to me ( which was supposed to be free shipping?!?) customer service is ridiculous and terrible. I have nothing positive to say. I created an account and gave them my credit card number. It was a big mistake. They have no customer service. They will not answer the phone or respond to messages. I finally had to call my credit card number and dispute the charges to get them to stop charging me every month. As many others have said, this company really is a SCAM!!! By the way, the quality of their streaming videos is extremely poor. Unfortunately, they took advantage of a lot of high schools and families during COVID.

Chain with daughter's name
I ordered a chain with daughter's name for my wife for her bday. I ordered it April 9th it is now may 10th. I can not get any information from the sender. The tracking number has no information. I cant get a hold of anyone. At this point I just want my money back. I do not recommend using this company.
I would not buy here again - obviously! I don't know why the review says that I would?? That must be the default response. So, when it says that 29% of people would buy here again, they are wrong. I am pretty sure that 0% of people would buy here again.
