As a customer at Scopio, I recently bought a "Lifetime subscription" that was supposed to let me download 1,000 images per month. But, I was bummed to see that they changed it so I could only get 10 images each month. They didn't really tell us about this big drop in downloads, which made me feel like they were being sneaky. When I asked them about it, they just said "Solved", even though nothing was fixed. It's frustrating that a company I trusted isn't keeping their promises to us customers. Going from 1,000 downloads to only 10 is just not right, and it definitely doesn't sit well with me. I really hope Scopio listens to their customers and fixes things to earn our trust back.

Recently, I got my first payment for a picture I took that was published by Scopio. I was actually pretty surprised by how quickly they sent over the payment. Even though it wasn't a huge amount, every little bit counts when it comes to my household expenses. I really appreciate the folks over at Scopio for making this happen and for brightening up my grandpa's day.
Mobile app, lack of support, unpaid contributors
The mobile app seemed like it was going to be great at first, but it actually went downhill pretty fast. Payments for contributors were super delayed, the customer support kinda disappeared, and sales tanked. The app is outdated, glitchy, and just not helpful at all for contributors. It's like there's no support at all, and none of the numbers are working right, so we can't even tell if it's doing anything good.

I tried to unsubscribe from this email subscription, but it was so hard! They keep sending me spam emails every day and didn't even listen when I asked to stop. I attempted to log in to my account to adjust my settings, but their platform is so confusing. It hardly ever works and I can only get in about 1 out of 10 times. Dealing with them has been really annoying and not worth my time. I suggest avoiding them!
Lifetime subscription access issue
I bought a lifetime subscription for photo access recently, but I had trouble getting to the pictures. I tried emailing customer service a bunch of times, but no one ever got back to me. It was super annoying to not get any help after spending money. But when I finally contacted the owner directly, they fixed the problem right away. I was grateful for the quick fix and the apology for the customer service team dropping the ball.
