    Faulty item resolution

    I had to contact customer service because I got a defective item in my order. Georgina and Maddie helped me out and they were super nice and helpful. They took care of the problem quickly, which I really liked. It's such a relief when you get good customer service from people who know what they're doing. Georgina and Maddie went above and beyond, and it shows that the company values its customers.

    I had a decent experience with the website for the most part. But, I did have some problems with a few staff members, especially Rosie. She wasn't very friendly or professional. Her actions brought down the atmosphere of the forum and made other users complain. Also, the support team took way too long to respond sometimes, and some questions didn't get any response at all.

    After I opened an account with this company, I found some sneaky fees that nobody told me about ahead of time. They haven't said a word to me about it since. I think they might've tried to slide those fees in the fine print after the fact. I'm thinking about hitting them up with a complaint to the CFPB and BBB, and maybe getting in on a class action lawsuit to sort this mess out.

    I ordered a dibble from Forestry Suppliers for my wife’s birthday. On the website the dibble looks like it is painted orange but when we opened it there were many nicks, chips, and spots where the coating had flaked or peeled off. I contacted their customer service and was told that the damage was normal and it would lose paint as soon as we used it anyways. I told them this was unacceptable because a new item should indeed look new, and then it is on us to put wear and tear on it. I asked for a $20 partial credit back or for an exchange. They offered $10 or an exchange at our expense for shipping. I refused and they upped the offer to $10 credit back and then $10 dollar store credit on a future item as if I would ever purchase from them again. Again I refused and let them know I would be taking $10 back on my card and would be posting reviews. They then came back offering to send a shipping label for a full refund but told me all their other ones are similarly marked/damaged so there was no suitable replacement. I have honestly never been through such a ... customer service process. If the website warned of nicks and chips in the paint then yeah sure, but to treat me like I was crazy for expecting a new looking item has just been laughable. Can you imagine ordering a new pair of shoes and they show up with scuffs on them and then customer service tells you that you would scuff them when you wear them so the scuffs are normal? Comon. There are lots of other companies that sell these types of tools. Look elsewhere before you buy anything from Forestry Suppliers.

    2 Solawaves - one for a friend's birthday

    Customer service is non-existent. I ordered one for a friend's birthday and immediately sent word to customer service that I need to make sure the invoice wasn't with the product and there was nowhere on the site to allow me to say who it was from. NO REPLY

    Paid extra for quick 2-3 day shipping. Over 7 days now. Sent an email to customer service - NO REPLY

    I am so angry that I have been conned this way. I spend over $300 with them and they treat you like dirt! They have a phone number on their website - NO ONE ANSWERS

    The email address on their website bounces back with no reply

    And lets not use COVID as an excuse. An email can be answered. A phone number can be forwarded. Just for Christ's sake, reply to your customers !!!!

As you pointed out, COVID didn't cause the delay here, a spike in calls did and the lack of voicemail made it impossible to log the issue you were having.     Item was defective. A magnet detached inside the mechanism causing the release to jam. When I contacted customer service about it, their response was “ Sorry that you take an unpleasant shopping experience on our site. This product is designed like this and there is no way to change it.”
    Really?!!!
    These folks make defective products by design?
    Their claim of a “12 months warranty” is a JOKE!!

    I bought defective heater from ebay, it worked for one day only.
    For the last two month I've been trying to get help from the seller and [email protected] without any success whatsoever. I was trying to phone the company, but no one is answering and you can't even leave a message. It has been very unpleasant experience so far. Not sure what to do next.

    Oh these people are HORRIBLE!!! I have a pump that's not even a month old and doesn't work at all and they are playing so many games trying to get ME to diagnose it and disassemble it. Like what a warranty huh. NEVER BUY FROM THEM!!!!!!

    Specialized shop for rugs ,affordable and great colors. I personally prefer to buy rugs of yellow or dark green .Here I found my prefer colors yellow.
    Some times even everything is fine but if colors not as per my choice I ignore all specifications.
    But here I had no such problem.One was yellow contemporary and second was yellow and grey patch work rugs.
    Both made by polypropylene ,rates are same for both the products.Pile height 20mm quite fine.
    Fine packing, well delivery . Also being first purchase got some discounts too.
    They can also add small carpets as both are same by different use . Kukoon can also add some plain rugs range

    2 masks with filters

    I ordered masks from 7 different vendors and Vida is the best by a mile. The masks are large enough to securely cover the nose and mouth (which is not true for some other sellers) and the material is tightly knit yet still breathable. I had to wait a few weeks to receive them but I'm glad I ordered them.

    I was given a call and not able to answer I heard voice-mail after work about same time I got email saying to call and next thing I saw was a cancel/refund email.... what company auto cancels less than 24hr after placing order?..
