    Laser engraver purchase

    I just bought a laser engraver from this company, and I have to say, I am beyond happy with both the product and the service. The quality of the laser is top-notch and it's perfect for what I need. Plus, they really took care in packing it for delivery, and it got to Austria super quickly. But the best part was the amazing customer service I got from the staff. They were quick to answer any questions or concerns I had, and they always found a solution. I have to give a huge shoutout to Catherine, who really went above and beyond to make sure I had a great experience. Her personal touch and dedication were so awesome. If only all customer service could be this amazing.

    I had the worst experience with Uniplaces! They said they would assist with check-in and address any problems, but it was a disaster from the get-go. When we got to the room, we realized we couldn't even use the fridge. On top of that, the only water available was cold. We reached out multiple times through their website, but they hardly bothered to reply, and there's no phone number to call. Absolutely no help when we really needed it. Don't deal with the stress, look for somewhere else to stay.

    Wasted Money

    The customer service at this beauty company sucks. I had a problem with a missing package, and not only did they keep giving me the runaround, but they also had the nerve to tell me to go hunt for it like a wild goose chase. The lack of responsibility and professionalism is unbelievable. I ended up feeling frustrated and ripped off.     I tried to cancel my order 10 minutes after placing he order only to be told it was too late. 1st disappointment. The ad said I should receive the order 7 to 12 days, it took 16 days. 2nd disappointment. I received my swimsuit yesterday, without even trying it on, I knew it would not fit. I believe my 13 year old granddaughter would have had a problem. I ordered the size according to the size chart that was given. 3rd disappoitment! Now I am being told that I can return it , of course, at my own expense keep it abd get 10% credit or keep it, reorder and only have to pay 50% of the cost. None of those options seem quite fair. I also have to add that the swimsuit did not appear to last the 2 months I would be able to wear it. So, now it seems I have a swimsuit I can not use and have to go buy a suit that I wull be able to wear...something I am regretting not having done in the first place.

    Nike Shox TL Black (US Mens 8)

    I placed my order on May 14th 2021. I live in Toronto, Canada, and it came to $270.00 USD ($343.18 CAD) including shipping ($45.00 USD).

    KicksCrew's website states that orders take 5-10 business days to process. I was aware that it might take some time.

    As of June 3rd, the status of my order hadn't changed so I emailed KicksCrew CS. I received a swift response informing me that my shoes were undergoing quality assurance. This wasn't the first email I sent them (I don't often order online so I was very anxious), and they were always quick to respond, and very reassuring.

    I emailed them again on June 24th as my tracking info. still hadn't changed. They informed me that my order had been stuck in customs for some time, and I had 2 options.

    1. Receive a full refund (including shipping fees).
    2. KicksCrew would send a new pair of the same shoe via international priority, and refund me $10.00.
    I picked the 2nd option because I really wanted these shoes.

    That same day, I received confirmation that a new pair had been sent, and the next day I received my $10 USD refund.

    On July 9th my shoes were received by FedEx, and were delivered on July 14th. They are the correct size, in perfect condition and certainly seem to be legitimate.

    Overall, my shoes took 2 months to arrive which is longer than I expected. However, the customer service team was beyond excellent and ultimately I got exactly what I wanted.

    Overall I do not think they are optimized for shipping to Canada, but they have AMAZING CS agents. They are also 100% not a scam company, and conduct themselves with a lot of integrity.

    I'm happy with my experience. However, buyers should beware that you will likely wait a long time to receive your order.

    Maya. I disagree and so does 90% of people that got scammed by this company. They are a complete scam and not only don't done the product. A lot of people have had their credit cards compromised after purchase.

    Don’t recommend purchasing from this company. Per their rules, you can only purchase one shoe at a time thus getting charged multiple foreign transaction fees. I understood that and placed two separate orders for the same shoe. The converse I purchased were not true to size., never had an issue with converse shoe sizes. I received one pair first and immediately contacted the company to get the second order corrected. Per their policy they can do size exchanges. When I contacted them, they wanted me to re-order the shoe and pay a third fee before the shoe size was exchanged. Two months later they still have my funds and I have not received my second pair of shoes.

    Magnetic Sweeper Tool 36"

    Item was defective. A magnet detached inside the mechanism causing the release to jam. When I contacted customer service about it, their response was “ Sorry that you take an unpleasant shopping experience on our site. This product is designed like this and there is no way to change it.”
    Really?!!!
    These folks make defective products by design?
    Their claim of a “12 months warranty” is a JOKE!!

    I bought defective heater from ebay, it worked for one day only.
    For the last two month I've been trying to get help from the seller and [email protected] without any success whatsoever. I was trying to phone the company, but no one is answering and you can't even leave a message. It has been very unpleasant experience so far. Not sure what to do next.

    Oh these people are HORRIBLE!!! I have a pump that's not even a month old and doesn't work at all and they are playing so many games trying to get ME to diagnose it and disassemble it. Like what a warranty huh. NEVER BUY FROM THEM!!!!!!

    the cut is nice but the fabric....omg the fabric, it feels like it's going to tip apart. the cotton is so thin and just poor quality. I bought them on sale and I will keep them because I like the cut and the return policy is bad, but it IS NOT WORTH THE PRICE TAG.
