    My experience trying to book a flight to Barcelona with Trivago wasn't great. At first, they showed me a really good price, but when I tried to book it, I got a message saying there was a problem with my credit card. Turns out, the price they advertised wasn't actually available and they tried to offer me the same ticket for $200 more. I said no thanks, so they canceled the booking. What really bugged me was that they still had the original price listed on the site after all that happened.

    I've been using the photo book creation service for a long time, and I just love it. I've been customizing my books for over ten years now, and they always turn out beautifully. The quality is amazing, and they always come right on time.

    There was one time where the book didn't print right, but I reached out to customer service and they sent me a new one without any issues. They were really helpful and made everything super easy.

    I do wish they had a tool to show how dark photos will look when they're printed. Sometimes, photos that are already dark end up looking even darker in the final book. It would be great to have a tool that could give a better idea of how they'll look in print, since it's tough to adjust brightness and get it just right. This would be really helpful for me, since I spend about $200 on each book and I want them to turn out perfect.

    E-signature experience with two annoying issues

    I had a pretty good experience using PandaDoc for e-signatures, but there are a few things that could be improved. One issue is that the time stamps are all in UTC, which can be inconvenient for users in various time zones. It would be great if the time stamps could show up in the user's own time zone automatically. Also, there's a problem with some PDF files showing the wrong characters in certain places, even though the signed PDFs turn out fine.

    I just bought a 1-month package from this service to get ready for the CritiCall exam. I had to take it for a 911 dispatching competition. The test was tough and needed a lot of practice. With only a week to get ready, the practice materials really came in handy. I did great on the exam and made it to the interview round all thanks to the helpful practice I got from the data entry, memorization, and call summarizing sections. The VIN numbers, especially, were super important for me.

    In my experience, I think the return policy is pretty unfair. It was pretty disappointing to find out that once you open the package, there's no way to return the product.     Hey there! So, I've been a customer with this company for quite a while now, and I was super pumped to finally check out their physical store in my town. I needed some stuff to spruce up my bedroom and bathroom, you know how it is. Anyways, when I walked in, a designer greeted me right away, which was a nice start. I told them what I was looking for and they just said to take a look around.

    But then, things took a turn for the worse when the manager showed up. They came over all stern-looking, didn't say a word, and just stared at me like I was up to something with those raised eyebrows over their glasses. Not gonna lie, that really killed the vibe for me. The whole place suddenly felt cold and unwelcoming.

    It's a real bummer to see this kind of poor customer service, especially from a company I've been sticking with for so long. The lack of hospitality makes me think twice about coming back here. And on top of that, it looks like they're struggling to draw in customers, with barely any cars out front.

    In this day and age, the overall customer experience is a big deal when it comes to keeping folks coming back. I really hope the management team steps up and fixes things pronto before they start losing more customers over this.

    Keith Urban tickets, overpriced, predatory

    My experience with this company was really disappointing and frustrating, ya know? So, my mom, who's almost 70 years old, wanted to buy tickets to see Keith Urban in Ottawa. She googled "Keith Urban Ottawa" and accidentally ended up on this company's website. The tickets she wanted, which were supposed to be around $100 each, ended up costing over $300 for two tickets once they added all these hidden fees and surcharges. And get this, they were charging us in US funds, so the total bill was even higher.<br><br> So, when we called to ask for a refund, they were pretty cold and said it was company policy and that there was nothing they could do about it. The whole thing just left a bad taste in our mouths, feeling like they totally took advantage of us and basically scammed us, ya know?<br><br> In the end, I think this company's practices are straight-up predatory and prey on unsuspecting customers, especially those who might not be too savvy with buying tickets online. It's really disappointing that my mom, who just wanted to do something nice for me, was treated so disrespectfully and unfairly. We're looking into what our legal and consumer rights are to deal with this issue.
