Customized photo bag
I was so impressed by the quality of the custom photo bag I got from this company. The material is super durable, the colors are so vibrant, and it's just the right size for all my stuff. I'm seriously thrilled with how it turned out! And I've gotta give a huge shoutout to their customer service - they were super quick to respond and really helpful. I had reached out because my order was taking longer than expected, but turns out I forgot to pick a background for the bag. Oops! They were so understanding and got everything sorted out right away. Overall, I definitely recommend this product if you're looking for a unique gift or just want to treat yourself to something special.
Pet products purchase
I recently bought some pet products from this company and I have to say, I was really impressed with the customer service. Even though I didn't need any help, I was happy to get automated emails during the whole process. I got a confirmation email right after I placed my order, a shipping notification that came quickly, and a delivery notification once my package was dropped off. They even thanked me for leaving a review after I got my order. The company's kindness and appreciation really stood out to me and I am grateful for the excellent customer service. I will definitely shop here again because of this great experience.
Pee Pads
I recently bought some pee pads from this company, and I have to say, they are really great. Ordering was easy, and the delivery was super quick. The pads themselves are top-notch quality, super durable and absorbent. One thing I noticed was that even when they're full, they don't smell or look wet until you pick them up. The adhesive on the corners is strong and keeps everything in place, even when my dog scratches at them. My only suggestion would be to offer larger sizes than just XL. But overall, I definitely recommend these pads over any others out there.
Cat litter mat purchase
I just got a cat litter mat from this store and I gotta say, I am really happy with it. Dealing with cat litter all over the place has been a problem for me for a long time, but this mat has really helped. It catches almost all of the litter, making cleanup a breeze. I wish I had gotten this sooner! The quality of the mat is awesome, durable and simple to clean. It fits perfectly under the cabinet where the litter box is, and it looks good too. All in all, I am super happy with my purchase and would definitely recommend it to any cat owner out there.
Dog ramp for my pups
I am so happy with my new dog ramp! It's just what my fur babies needed, especially my older one. The customer service at this place is fantastic, they always make sure you're satisfied with your purchase. I will definitely be coming back to buy from them again in the future!

Blind dog ramp purchase
I saw this blind dog ramp on social media and thought I'd try it out because the price was pretty good. Honestly, I wasn't sure at first, but once I got it, I was really impressed with how well made it was. It came already put together and it's super strong because it's made of wood and has a rough rug surface. Plus, the company sent me some useful advice on how to get my blind dog used to it, which made everything really easy. I'm really happy with this buy, I might even get another one for a different spot in my house.
Cat scratch ramp and dog ramp purchase
I gotta say, I was really impressed with my recent order from this company. I got this awesome cat scratch ramp for my troublemaker cat, and it's super sturdy. On top of that, my little dachshunds can use it for their couch shenanigans. Definitely a win-win for all my furry buddies. My daughter was so wowed that she ended up getting a dog ramp for their basset hound too. I totally recommend this company for their top-notch products and fast delivery.
Surprise gift mug
The graphics on the mug were so awesome, my husband really loved it when I surprised him with it as a gift. The delivery time didn't take too long, and they did a great job packaging it up to make sure it didn't get damaged. When my husband opened the box, he was genuinely surprised and super pumped about it. He even took a picture to show all our friends. Thanks for making it such a great experience!
Defective Ramp, Great Customer Service
I just got this ramp for my mini dachshund and it came with a little issue. But gotta say, the customer service from the company was top-notch. They fixed the problem fast and gave me a few choices on how to make it right. The person I talked to was really nice, listened to me, and helped me pick the best solution. I was really impressed and super pleased with how it all turned out.
Super absorbent pads for my furry BFF
These pads, man, they're seriously a life-saver for my pup! She's been using them for years and they never let us down. They soak up all her messes like a pro and she always heads straight for them when nature calls. Perfect for road trips, too. She's been using them since she was a little puppy and now she's an old lady doggo.

there was nothing cozy about it for either my cat or dog. neither wanted anything to do with it.
When i called to return it, no one answered my call and though they said someone would return my call, no one did. Given it was covid, i assumed no one was manning the phones. I went ahead and returned the two cozy beds i ordered -- one i never opened and just marked it return to sender, the other i packed up and returned. Getting a return of my $78 has been impossible. Everytime i call, there is another excuse, --my dispute is still open and then today they went all the way back to March and why i didn't get return instructions from them. They keep blaming Citibank or Paypal and today when they went back to "how do we know we received them back", i knew it was hopeless. I will not be doing business with them again -- too many other retailers out there who are more honorable.Alpha Paw ramp

Dog Ramp
Unfortunately, my dog is just too old, blind and arthritic to use ANY type of dog stairs or ramps. That being said, I'm very impressed with the high level of support that was given me! This purchase didn't work out, but I will definitely shop there again!
really dissapointed not to have received any answers to my emails about a cat ramp i purchased over a month ago and as yet have not received.
