    My recent purchases include bedding, fabrics, lamp shades, home decor, lawn and gardening items, and rugs.

    I gotta say, I'm always super happy and satisfied with the stuff I get from them. The sales they have are awesome, and the customer service in-store and online is seriously top-notch. I've been to their Tyson's Corner store in Virginia several times and always had a great time. Whether I'm buying bedding or rugs, I've never had to return anything because of shipping or quality problems. Their products are top-notch quality and the variety is really impressive. I'm thankful for their consistent service, that's for sure.

    White glove service purchase

    I just bought the white glove service from this company and I have to say, I was really let down by the whole experience. The delivery guy basically just left the product at my doorstep and wouldn't even bring it up to the front porch, even though it was just a few steps with nothing blocking the way. On top of that, they wouldn't unpack the product or take away the box and packaging. When I called Customer Service to talk about what happened, they were so rude and had the worst attitude I've ever experienced from a company. The lack of professionalism and respect for the customer at these prices is just not okay.

    Bedroom and bathroom redecorating materials

    Hey there! So, I've been a customer with this company for quite a while now, and I was super pumped to finally check out their physical store in my town. I needed some stuff to spruce up my bedroom and bathroom, you know how it is. Anyways, when I walked in, a designer greeted me right away, which was a nice start. I told them what I was looking for and they just said to take a look around.

    But then, things took a turn for the worse when the manager showed up. They came over all stern-looking, didn't say a word, and just stared at me like I was up to something with those raised eyebrows over their glasses. Not gonna lie, that really killed the vibe for me. The whole place suddenly felt cold and unwelcoming.

    It's a real bummer to see this kind of poor customer service, especially from a company I've been sticking with for so long. The lack of hospitality makes me think twice about coming back here. And on top of that, it looks like they're struggling to draw in customers, with barely any cars out front.

    In this day and age, the overall customer experience is a big deal when it comes to keeping folks coming back. I really hope the management team steps up and fixes things pronto before they start losing more customers over this.

    Large French Armoire pick up & exchange

    I've been a customer of this company for a while now, and I've mostly had good experiences with my purchases. But, I recently had a not-so-great encounter with their delivery service JBHunt. I had a big French armoire that got damaged during delivery and needed to be picked up and exchanged. This wasn't the first time I'd had problems with my orders, but it was the first time it was bad enough for me to write a review. After the first damaged armoire was delivered in early February, JBHunt canceled the pick up and exchange because it got even more damaged in their truck. When I called customer service to ask about it, they told me the order for the new pick up and exchange was just sitting there waiting to be reviewed. It was frustrating that they were taking so long to deal with the problem, especially since it usually takes 2 to 3 weeks for them to pick up the damaged item and bring a new one. Even though I asked for faster shipping, they said they couldn't do it, so I was stuck waiting. The customer service reps were nice and said sorry, but I was disappointed they couldn't solve the problem quickly for me.

    Sofa purchase

    The lady that helped me out when I bought my new couch was awesome. She messed up my order, but she fixed it super fast and with a smile. Even though there was a bit of noise in the background during our call, she stayed cool and really helped me out. I felt like a valued customer after her help and I was super happy with how everything turned out. The prices are a little high for me, but the amazing customer service I received has convinced me to come back again.
