    I had a really bad time with this company's billing. I asked them to pause my service for a bit, but then they started charging me again without telling me. Even though I wasn't using the phone, they won't give me my money back. It's not cool and makes them look bad. Customers shouldn't have to deal with this kind of stuff.

    The online shopping experience at this store really let me down. I bought some shoes as a gift and it's been 20 days and still no sign of them. I've tried calling and emailing customer service for the past 8 days, but haven't heard back from anyone. It's not right for a business to leave customers hanging like this without any answers. They tried to blame me for not paying for protection, but how could I pay for something they didn't have? Even USPS said my tracking number was fake.     The customer service team, especially Andrew, was absolutely amazing from start to finish. They were super responsive and helpful, always keeping me in the loop with updates.     So, I was all set for this amazing trip, right? I ordered these shoes for it. But then, the day before my trip, I got the wrong shoes - and they weren't even the right size! Can you believe that? I tried to reach out to customer service, but they were no help at all. They made me send back the wrong shoes before they would even consider sending me the right ones. And get this, they didn't even offer to make it right for their mistake. Talk about bad service, huh? It's been forever and a day since I sent back the shoes, and I still haven't gotten my money back. It's such a bummer. Their customer service is a total joke. I shouldn't have to deal with this mess they created in the first place. But hey, gotta give them credit, the shoes are pretty awesome.

    I bought a charging cable from here and it broke after only a week or two of using it. The quality was awful, seemed like it was made to break on purpose. I tried to look up more info about the cable on their website, but couldn't find any specifics about the type of charger it was. It was annoying not knowing which charger to get to replace the broken one. But, I did find out that I could buy another cable from them for $30.

    I had a pretty irritating incident with this delivery service the other day. I ordered some food to be brought to my office, but the driver never showed up. Even though I got notifications saying the order was dropped off, I ended up with nothing and no word from the driver. When I reached out to customer service for some help, all they said was that it was my problem to figure out and get a refund. The way they handled the situation and the lack of good customer service left me feeling let down and really annoyed.

    I've been dealing with hair loss for a while now, so I was pretty hopeful about trying this product. But man, was I let down.     I just ordered a custom backpack from this shop as a birthday gift and man, did I have a bad time with their customer service.     I recently got these security cameras, and let me tell you, they're really cool! Setting them up was a breeze, and they connect easily to my wi-fi. The only downside is that I wish they could catch more sunlight, but it's all good. The plastic mounting brackets are kind of annoying to tighten because they're so slick. Another thing is, I really wish I could adjust the camera's frame rate and get recordings in 4K. And when it comes to notifications, I only want them if a face it doesn't recognize shows up.

    Order cancellation policy

    The cancellation policy on the website isn't very clear and easy to use. You can't just hit a cancel button like on most sites; you gotta email customer service to cancel your order. This doesn't match with what the website says about being able to cancel as long as the order isn't being worked on. When I tried to cancel my order that was still 'pending', they said no dice and I'd have to do a whole return process for a refund. After looking at other people's reviews, it seems like a lot of folks have run into this issue with Food52. All in all, I don't trust them and their tricky cancellation and refund policies. I'll definitely take my business elsewhere next time.
