    Don't bother with other companies, this one really cares about their customers! When my foot massager started acting weird, I reached out to customer service and they jumped into action. I just sent them a video of the problem, and they sent me a new one without any trouble. I'm so grateful for their fast and effective help.     Controller with bad upwards drift

    The controller I bought had a lot of problems like drifting up and skipping inputs whenever I changed games or used the d-pad and left toggle. It really made playing games frustrating and not as fun as it should've been. I was bummed out by the lack of quality in this product.

    I recently bought a pair of shoes online, and I had a really bad experience with their customer service. I placed my order back in November, and by the end of December, I had to ask when my shoes would be coming. They didn't get back to me until January and said the shoes I wanted weren't available because of a shortage of materials. They told me to pick a different pair, which I did on January 5th. But it's now February 2nd, and I still haven't gotten my order. I've been trying to reach out to them through email and phone, but they're not responding. Dealing with their terrible communication and not following through is really frustrating.

    I bought a charging cable from here and it broke after only a week or two of using it. The quality was awful, seemed like it was made to break on purpose. I tried to look up more info about the cable on their website, but couldn't find any specifics about the type of charger it was. It was annoying not knowing which charger to get to replace the broken one. But, I did find out that I could buy another cable from them for $30.

    I had a pretty irritating incident with this delivery service the other day. I ordered some food to be brought to my office, but the driver never showed up. Even though I got notifications saying the order was dropped off, I ended up with nothing and no word from the driver. When I reached out to customer service for some help, all they said was that it was my problem to figure out and get a refund. The way they handled the situation and the lack of good customer service left me feeling let down and really annoyed.

    I got my buddy a year-long subscription to guitar lessons for their birthday, thinking it was a cool gift.     I recently got these security cameras, and let me tell you, they're really cool! Setting them up was a breeze, and they connect easily to my wi-fi. The only downside is that I wish they could catch more sunlight, but it's all good. The plastic mounting brackets are kind of annoying to tighten because they're so slick. Another thing is, I really wish I could adjust the camera's frame rate and get recordings in 4K. And when it comes to notifications, I only want them if a face it doesn't recognize shows up.

    I just bought the white glove service from this company and I have to say, I was really let down by the whole experience. The delivery guy basically just left the product at my doorstep and wouldn't even bring it up to the front porch, even though it was just a few steps with nothing blocking the way. On top of that, they wouldn't unpack the product or take away the box and packaging. When I called Customer Service to talk about what happened, they were so rude and had the worst attitude I've ever experienced from a company. The lack of professionalism and respect for the customer at these prices is just not okay.

    Order cancellation policy

    The cancellation policy on the website isn't very clear and easy to use. You can't just hit a cancel button like on most sites; you gotta email customer service to cancel your order. This doesn't match with what the website says about being able to cancel as long as the order isn't being worked on. When I tried to cancel my order that was still 'pending', they said no dice and I'd have to do a whole return process for a refund. After looking at other people's reviews, it seems like a lot of folks have run into this issue with Food52. All in all, I don't trust them and their tricky cancellation and refund policies. I'll definitely take my business elsewhere next time.
