This was actually our first time buying this product online, as a little Christmas surprise. See, my daughter spends all day working on the computer and was complaining about her tired, strained eyes. To make matters worse, she also gets migraines. So, I thought I'd give the Eyeris1 blue eye massager a shot and see if it could help her out. And you know what? It did the trick! My daughter says it's super comfy, helps her relax, and really does a number on relieving all that tension from staring at screens all day. Plus, she loves that she can listen to music while using it. She's already seen some improvements in her symptoms, so I'd say this gift was a total win.
Smart scale purchase
I just got my new smart scale and I was really happy with how it was packaged and what it looks like. The only downside was that there wasn't a manual included. When I tried to get in touch with customer service for help, I had trouble because I didn't have my order number handy. Eventually, I figured out how to set up the scale and sync it with my phone to keep track of my health data. I think it's really cool that I can monitor my BMI and visceral fat percentage. Gift order mishap
I just placed an order for a bunch of gifts for my family, and included in that order were 7 massage guns. Well, you won't believe it, but one of those massage guns showed up with some parts broken. I was so bummed out, but I figured I'd better contact customer service and see if they could help me out. Turns out, they were really on top of it! The person I talked to was super helpful and got a replacement gun sent out right away. It was such a relief to have the problem taken care of so quickly and easily. Now that's what I call great customer service!
Lost package situation

I bought the Eye Massager and I've really been liking it. It's been relaxing and it seems to be helping with my dry eyes. I'm really frustrated with my purchase from this place. The product I received was awful and I really wish they offered free returns for it. It doesn't seem right that I'm stuck with this low-quality item. I for sure won't be shopping here again.
Bluetooth Body Fat Scale
I bought a Bluetooth Body Fat Scale and it was okay. The scale itself worked fine and gave accurate measurements, which is what I needed. However, the company experience was just average. The website was easy to use but nothing special. Customer service was alright, they answered my questions quickly but didn't go above and beyond. The price was fair, but not the best I could find. The delivery was on time and the product arrived in good shape, so that was good.
