I paid for UPS but the box showed up via Royal Mail with a surprise £63 customs charge. Support asked for the receipt and promised a refund; I sent it and still haven’t seen the money, and no UPS refund either. Annoying. That said, the shoes feel really nice — soft foam, decent arch support, actually helped my back by day two. So I'm a bit peeved but wearing them.
Pretty boots, long headache
great fit, nice leather, looked way better in person. Delivery was a mess. Communication was sketchy, only email, vague updates; I honestly thought it might be a scam until tracking actually worked. Then a strap arrived broken. We paid to get it fixed. I emailed customer service. No reply. So yeah, happy the boots are nice, but annoyed and sort of grateful it wasn't worse.
Small win, tiny snag
Halfway through unboxing it this morning, I realized I use this thing more than I expected — for smoothies, quick meal prep, and even whipping up baby food. It’s sturdy, does the job, and honestly saved me time on busy days. Packaging was neat and delivery was surprisingly fast, which helped when I needed it on a busy week. I had to get a refund via Amex because the seller’s site didn’t make returns easy — annoying, but it worked. Support was slow, true. Still, the product is solid and quickly became part of my daily routine.
Almost Scammed, Then Saved
I thought I’d been scammed, but somehow I’m glad it ended okay. They charged me immediately and then went quiet for weeks. I complained a bunch. Also I got stuck on hold a bunch and sent a ton of emails. Finally I got a tracking number that weirdly showed delivery to the wrong country. Then they asked for an extra fee to accept the parcel even though shipping was claimed free. Stressful. In the end the charger arrived (I use it every day on my commute and to keep my phone alive during coffee-shop work), so I’m relieved. Not smooth. Support was awful. But my phone stays charged, so yay.
Real comfort mid-walk
they shrugged off a light rain the other morning, totally unexpected. They're not perfect, a small scuff showed after a week, but whatever — they feel solid and comfy, and my feet thank me. Price surprised me too, pretty fair. Ordering was easy, delivery on time, and I'm using them nonstop.
Not great, but usable
ordered the extra-wide option, followed their measuring steps to the letter, and still they’re narrower than my usual pair. I re-measured, even sent a photo to customer support, and basically got radio silence. I’d have happily mailed them back or worked something out, but that wasn’t possible. On the plus side the length and cushion are fine and they’re wearable for short outings, so I’m not completely out of luck. If you need true wide sizes, maybe call first or buy somewhere local. Glad it wasn’t worse, honestly. Also keep photos and timestamps handy.
Late shoes, pushy returns team
support kept coming up with new hoops to jump through, asking for odd proof and citing vague rules, which felt like they were hoping I’d give up. The shoes themselves were fine-looking, not awful, but nothing that justifies the hassle. I ended up warning the friend who recommended them and posted about my experience on a forum. Slightly annoyed, a bit disappointed, but at least now I know to check delivery dates and customer service first.
Pretty shoes, lousy follow-up
they pinched right at the widest part of my foot, like they were made for someone with narrower toes. I swapped for the next size, hoping they'd loosen up — nope, same issue, just more length and still a squeeze. I asked for a return label a few times and got silence. No reply, not even a "we're looking into it." Kinda maddening because the shoes themselves are lovely, surprised at the quality, but the whole return radio silence ruined it. If you're thinking of buying, insist on confirmation of returns first. I'm calling my card company.
Halfway-down regret
Halfway through the second block I knew something was off. The shoes felt like little bricks — not leather, more like cement, and the sizing was way off. Ordering itself was easy enough, but then the silence from customer service hit. No return address, no clear refund policy, and when I asked for help they mostly ghosted me. Delivery was actually fast, which surprised me and I’m oddly thankful for — at least the box showed up — but getting a replacement or a refund? Nope. I’ve had worse experiences with other brands, and sometimes companies are decent about mistakes; not here. I work hard for my money, so dropping $250 on shoes that feel like rocks stings. I’m mostly relieved it wasn’t lost in transit, but I’d warn others to be careful — the service and honesty are the real problem.
Express promise, slow reality
don’t trust their "express" option — it’s a gamble and I lost. I saw the shoes on their site and even told a friend to grab them too, so I ordered two pairs for a trip. One showed up about two weeks late, the other about four, which already had me sighing. When they arrived the finish was a mess — glue smeared on the heels and the heels glued on crooked, like they assembled them on someone’s lunch break. The leather that was supposed to be full grain looked plastic. I called, sent multiple photos, and they asked for photos of me wearing them to "prove" the unevenness. Seriously. I’ve spent over $400 with them and they won’t refund. Lesson learned, I’ll be avoiding this brand. Kind of sad, honestly, would not recommend.
Missing boots, weird delivery photo
I kept picturing how those ankle boots would feel — soft leather, snug around the ankle — that's why I ordered them. The site looked legit and the reviews were glowing, so I pulled the trigger about two months ago. First impression was hopeful. Then nothing for weeks. After a month I got an Evri email that said delivered and even had a photo. Just a green door though. Could have been any building. I messaged support, had a chat with Dayana, kept asking for proof of where the package actually was. The case was eventually closed without a manager call. It's frustrating and feels sloppy. Maybe the company works fine for others. For me it was a lot of wasted time and effort, and I'm still waiting to get this sorted.
Order vanished, sketchy service
I filed a dispute with my card company. Weird twist: one pair showed up three weeks later — shockingly good quality — which made the whole thing stranger, like who knows what their process is? Bottom line, I can't recommend trusting them. If you need shoes for an urgent reason (I had a trip and bad knees), don't risk it — and be ready to fight for a refund, honestly.
Last-minute letdown
arrives when promised, but quality, materials and workmanship don’t match the description.
Recent shoe purchase
I recently bought a pair of shoes online, and I had a really bad experience with their customer service. I placed my order back in November, and by the end of December, I had to ask when my shoes would be coming. They didn't get back to me until January and said the shoes I wanted weren't available because of a shortage of materials. They told me to pick a different pair, which I did on January 5th. But it's now February 2nd, and I still haven't gotten my order. I've been trying to reach out to them through email and phone, but they're not responding. Dealing with their terrible communication and not following through is really frustrating.
Leather loafers
I was totally shocked and let down by those leather loafers I got from this company. They were nothing like the photos they showed online - the leather was so cheap and thin, and the rubber sole felt super flimsy. I've bought way better shoes for way less money before. When I tried to return them and asked customer service for help, they were so stubborn and wouldn't even honor their own return policy. I felt totally frustrated and ripped off as a customer.
Custom made shoes
I bought some custom-made shoes from this company recently, and it turned out to be a total scam. The company was supposedly set up in 2022, but it actually has no employees - just one owner with 10k euros in capital. The real name is CUSTOM DESIGN ITALY SRL, so definitely check the VAT and make sure they're legit before buying anything. I had to get a refund through my AMEX card because they don't mess with sketchy sites like this. Definitely do your homework before even thinking about purchasing from them!
Loafers
I just bought a pair of loafers from this company, but they didn't fit right. Even though they say they offer "Free Delivery and Returns," I had a hard time trying to send the shoes back for a refund. I reached out to customer service more than once, asking for a return label and more info on their return policy, but never heard back. Their lack of communication and unhelpful attitude made me really frustrated and bummed out about my shopping experience.
Loafers for summer
As someone who loves collecting shoes, I really enjoy having lots of choices when I'm looking to add to my collection. I recently decided to get some loafers for the summer months and found a couple of awesome styles at this store. I ordered them and was pleasantly surprised by how fast they arrived. The quality of the loafers was top-notch and I was super happy with my purchase. I can't wait to buy more shoes from this store in the future.
Customized shoes purchase
I just got myself some custom shoes from this store and I gotta say, I'm pretty happy with how they turned out. I had read some reviews saying that delivery took forever, but my shoes actually got to me in about 3 weeks, considering they had to come from overseas, so I was cool with that. They weren't super comfy at first, it took a few wears for them to break in, but now that I've been wearing them for a while, they feel great, especially since I'm on my feet a lot during the day.
Ugly shoes
Oh man, these shoes are just awful! They came in this strange green color that looks completely different from the picture online. The suede feels super cheap and the buttons are just plastic fakes. Honestly, they remind me of something a kid would wear to a dance recital. And the price I paid for them? Way too high for this quality. I tried to return them, but they said I couldn't. Lesson learned, never buying from this place again!
