This whole thing is a scam! I got hit with an unexpected customs charge and now they won't even give me a refund.
Boots for wife
Honestly, I thought I did everything right by giving my wife's calf measurement, but they told me to just go with the standard size. So now there's this weird gap between her calf and the top of the boot, which is pretty disappointing. If only they had thought about that, these boots would've been just right. My wife still thinks they're okay, but I can't help but feel a little disappointed.

I had a really bad experience with this company. I ordered a pair of custom leather boots and it was a total nightmare. They took my money upfront and then didn't give me any updates or tracking info. When I tried to contact their customer service, they completely ignored me for weeks. After a lot of complaining, they finally told me my order was on its way after 5 weeks of silence. But when I got a tracking number, it said the package was delivered to the wrong country. And on top of that, they tried to charge me an extra £80 for shipping, even though they had promised free shipping. It seems like a total scam and I'm going to report them for this shady behavior. It's been 7 weeks since I made my order and I still haven't gotten a refund.

Slip ons ordered in fuschia and coral
The slip ons I got from this shoe company are seriously beautiful in fuschia and coral. But man, when they came, they were super tight on my wide feet. I hit up customer service to swap them out, sending over my foot sizes in hopes of scoring a wider pair. The whole communication deal was nice and pro, and after about three weeks, I got the new shoes that fit just right. The stuff they use is top-notch and it shows!

I purchased shoes from the website to wear at an upcoming wedding (two months time). The shoes looked nice from the website and they advertised free returns. The shoes arrived after 4.5 months, so too late for the wedding. Although they look like they were made nice, the shoes were too narrow to fit on my feet. I contacted them about the free return and they stated that there were lots of caveats to the easy free return. After 3 months of fighting with them, they said they would accept a return, but then never followed up. I had to go thru my bank to finally get my money back. It was a huge ordeal and not worth the effort. I DO NOT RECOMMEND buy anything from this company! Since I couldn't wear the shoes, I donated them to a homeless shelter. What a waste of time & effort!!shoes
I will never ever buy shoes from this company ever again. I bought a pair of shoes that cost over $200 and the heal of one of the shoes came entirely off. Shoes that expensive should not have that happen. They will not replace or offer to repair. The shoes were hardly warn as we were in lockdown for half of the time and it was also winter. Their warranty is only good for 30 days. Despite the circumstances the world was in they wouldn't offer some sort of compensation. Scam.
Custom Boots
I purchased a pair of boots for a music video and they arrived with the worst craftsmanship I have ever seen. I could not give these to the actress to use and when I contacted them for a full refund, they explained that their warranty department did not see a problem, but would replace the boots. They refuse to give a refund. Please be aware that they will NOT refund you if you are not pleased with the product.

I am writing this so that any US person who orders from them should beware! First, their website very prominently writes, 'Free Returns and Delivery'. That is not the case. They don't accept returns. They will exchange it for you but not return. My advise, NEVER, buy from them!
My shoes were too large, one wasn't like what they portrayed on the website. I reached out to them when 2 of the 3 arrived, explaining that they were too big and one wasn't like the image they showed. The person on the phone was offended when I said that. She advised me to wait for the 3rd before sending on.
I needed these shoes for a wedding I was attending and they came late. I bought new pairs from a US outlet (that didn't lie about Free Returns) and used them for the wedding after which I spent 3 weeks with my family. The thing is now they say they won't accept it. I could have sent the 2 shoes to be resized had I not been advised to wait at least.
Overall, note that they only give you 14 days to exchange, not the standard 30 days. Their customer service is amazingly poor!!! I am now stuck with 3 shoes for which I paid good money that I cannot wear!!
DON'T, DON'T, DON'T buy from them. They don't operate like US based companies.

Took almost two months to arrive, sized far too big even though I measured carefully, and customer service has been horrific. They take forever to respond, give suspicious explanations for why there is no return form available, and this two-week window is absurd....try two months and no recourse but to keep shoes and not get refund. Again, look at the positive reviews....several written on same day....that convinces me they are false reviews written by employees or owners to balance the negative reviews. I will write a good review for these folks if they will respond to my fifth request to allow me a return slip...somehow, I doubt I will hear from them.
