    SAT tutoring experience

    I had the pleasure of working with a tutor for my SAT prep, and let me tell you, it was a great experience. The tutor, who I’ll call ‘the tutor’ to keep things private, was amazing. Their teaching style was super effective, making tough SAT topics easy to understand and remember. Unlike other tutors I’ve had, ‘the tutor’ didn’t just go over answer choices but shared valuable tips and strategies to boost my scores. They weren’t just smart, but also relatable, caring, and truly wanted me to succeed. Plus, ‘the tutor’ hooked me up with a folder of study materials they made themselves for extra practice.     Sneakers received in original box

    I ordered my sneakers on Monday and just got them yesterday. The delivery was quick, but the FedEx guy made a mistake and left the package on the wrong floor. Other than that, everything was fine - my sneakers came in perfect condition in the original box.

    So, here's the deal - I recently ordered these cool personalized candles from this company. But guess what? My package got stuck in customs, and then UPS hit me up asking for more paperwork - weird, right? Then, I get another email saying I need to drop an extra 53.14 euros for taxes and other junk. I was not happy about that, let me tell you. I called up customer service at the company for some answers, but all they said was it was a surprise cost and I'd get my money back later. They suggested I could refuse the package, but these candles were supposed to be Christmas gifts, so no way! Now, I'm on pins and needles waiting for this dang package to come tomorrow, keeping my fingers crossed I actually get my money back. I'm not holding my breath, though. They better come through for me, that's for sure! This whole thing has been a major letdown, no doubt about it.

    Smartphone warranty claim

    I emailed customer service to file a warranty claim for my smartphone. They got back to me fast and said they'd send a prepaid shipping label. But, they didn't keep their word and didn't get it to me in time. When I asked about it, all I got was the same automated reply over and over. It was a letdown to see them not follow through on what they promised. I was really hoping for a better experience, especially after hearing good things about their service.

    I've ordered from this place before and never had any issues, but this time around has been a total nightmare.     Beautiful smoke-free fire pit

    I gotta admit, I was kind of unsure about it at first. But once I understood how this smoke-free fire pit worked, I knew I needed to get one. Ordering was easy, delivery was fast, and the product itself is seriously top-notch. It just sat in the box for a while as we were fixing up the garden, but once we finally got it out, we were blown away by how cool it looked and how well it worked. The first night we used it was a total game-changer - no more smoky bonfires for us!

    Their site says they accept returns. THIS IS A CHINA SCAM. They also say they ship from the US- ITS BS. If you need to return your merchandise, they send you an email giving you options to keep the merch and they'll give you like 10% back, or you have to foot the cost of the return which is like $30+ cheapest through the US postal service. Their procedure is exact: you create your own merch return label with the item ... they supply. Then ship and track to some remote China address, manufacturing district...It costs as much to return to China, where they are really located, as what you originally paid for the cost of the garment. You have to then send an email to give them tracking number and wait and hope they reimburse you... I'd never order from them again... .. Plus the quality is super cheap

    Worst service Ever!!! I return the machine because didn’t work and I still waiting for my money 20 days after return the product. The costumer service is really really bad!!!!

    I purchased several items from store & had one item scheduled for delivery after the others. I requested a changew in delivery time and was told I had to change the day because they do not change the time. I decided to take the day off and called back shortly after and was told that I could not have the original schedule withou the rep even checking I was told that is their procedure. The original day of delivery I received multiple text messages that my delivery was on the way. I also got phone calls that they would be at my house in 15 mins. Went to meet delivery men at the gate to my community because delivery trucks usually have a problem getting through guest entrance as the gate closes & they get trapped between the 2 gates. Got them into the community only to find out delivery was for another person in my community. I wasted so much time today dealing with the delivery. Very aggravating. Brandsmart need to get their act together. I am a very frustrated customer

    My sister is obssesed with shoes.. She had prom couple weeks ago and I wanted to buy her something special. When I discovered Girotti I knew that she would love the idea to design her shoes.
    We were very excited and a bit stressed if the shoes will arrived on time but the customer service convinced us they will arrive.
    Very responsive customer service and great product! The quality of the leather is absolutely amazing, they are stunning! Thank you Girotti for making my sister so happy!

    Tried to send back a pair of shoes .I had ordered in February. For a refund. Received them back a couple of days ago with the message acceptance was refused . The original packing slip and accompanied paperwork was in Italian only, very hard to go by.

    Very bad experience. I waited months for my shoes, which didn't fit, and sent them back but they're not issuing the refund. Beware! Avoid!

    I got four pairs because they have all over the website free returns; very-very-poor quality, not made in italy, sent the wrong size and one of the soles with wrong color; no refunds; no nothing. A scam!

    Girotti is an online Bulgarian business with two employees that brands itself Italian. Notice that shoes do not say where they are made. There are no refunds. Expect very bad quality shoes that won't fit

    I love the shoes I purchased . I chose a cobalt blue suede with a jeweled heel and I feel so elegant when wearing them . The colour is vibrant , the comfort perfect and they turn heads . Simply love them .

    These shoes are among the best, I have ordered online. Great quality for the money. I ordered one pair to check out the fit and quality and was amazed. I am preparing to place another order for six pair.

    An unexpected and unrivalled experience. Stumbled, by glorious accident, upon the Girotti website, and tentatively ‘designed’ my own shoe combination (after hours and hours of fruitless searching). The result - incredible! And half sizes makes the fit almost perfect. Could not be happier.

    I am one of those who feels ripped off. The order of two pairs with my meticulous measuring resulted in extremely late deliveries, at different times, with both pairs being far too large. Since the return policy requires a turnaround of two weeks or no return, I was in limbo about how to return them. I placed the order in early August and received the shoes in early October. Really? They do not fit, the response from customer service has been a runaround with no resolution. The apparent location is South Africa (really?) and the customer service number is New York (really?). I am so upset with this company and its slow walking every aspect of this order that I want to fly there myself and scream at them. Avoid. Please. Avoid. No way to get my money back and stuck with shoes that are large enough for a size 9 foot. I wear a 7.

    Major Disappointment!! The pizzas came perfectly packaged and cold, so we prepared them for dinner. We followed directions and they came out tough and flavorless. We were expecting the classic "floppy" slice and got cardboard instead. Never again!!

    I purchased my items in Dec of 2020 and was told my items would ship within 14 days. I started reaching out via email pretty early on in January with no problem (It is now Jan 21). After well over the 14 days and still no items or tracking info I began asking for a refund. I received 0 responses back in my 3 emails asking for a refund! Also, the "chat now" option on their website is a joke. Each time I used it (when I could actually find it) they replied with "a member from my team will look into it" and when I asked for a refund the response was "I'll handle it". If they were running behind or gave ANY explanation as to why it's taking longer that would be fine. It's the lack of communication that makes it feel like a SCAM! Horrible service and still no refund for items that have yet to even be shipped.

    I placed an order in December and still haven't received my product. It definitely feel like a scam.

    I’ve run into this very same issue. Ordered in Dec and have gotten nothing but the run around while their IG pages constantly show customers posing with these very same items they claim they haven’t received shipments on. It’s infuriating and I despise being scammed. File a complaint against them via the CAFC website. Bellesa’s office address is located in Quebec Canada. You can file that complaint via this. Good luck.

    I've just ordered mine yesterday, and I would have atleast expected an email today. Probably won't be buying from them again seeing these reviews.. plus I was nervous about international shipping. Nowhere in their website did they mention it, but I could still pay at checkout.. I agree feels kinda like a scam
