    My sister is obssesed with shoes.. She had prom couple weeks ago and I wanted to buy her something special. When I discovered Girotti I knew that she would love the idea to design her shoes.
    We were very excited and a bit stressed if the shoes will arrived on time but the customer service convinced us they will arrive.
    Very responsive customer service and great product! The quality of the leather is absolutely amazing, they are stunning! Thank you Girotti for making my sister so happy!

    Tried to send back a pair of shoes .I had ordered in February. For a refund. Received them back a couple of days ago with the message acceptance was refused . The original packing slip and accompanied paperwork was in Italian only, very hard to go by.

    Very bad experience. I waited months for my shoes, which didn't fit, and sent them back but they're not issuing the refund. Beware! Avoid!

    I got four pairs because they have all over the website free returns; very-very-poor quality, not made in italy, sent the wrong size and one of the soles with wrong color; no refunds; no nothing. A scam!

    Girotti is an online Bulgarian business with two employees that brands itself Italian. Notice that shoes do not say where they are made. There are no refunds. Expect very bad quality shoes that won't fit

    I love the shoes I purchased . I chose a cobalt blue suede with a jeweled heel and I feel so elegant when wearing them . The colour is vibrant , the comfort perfect and they turn heads . Simply love them .

    These shoes are among the best, I have ordered online. Great quality for the money. I ordered one pair to check out the fit and quality and was amazed. I am preparing to place another order for six pair.

    An unexpected and unrivalled experience. Stumbled, by glorious accident, upon the Girotti website, and tentatively ‘designed’ my own shoe combination (after hours and hours of fruitless searching). The result - incredible! And half sizes makes the fit almost perfect. Could not be happier.

    I am one of those who feels ripped off. The order of two pairs with my meticulous measuring resulted in extremely late deliveries, at different times, with both pairs being far too large. Since the return policy requires a turnaround of two weeks or no return, I was in limbo about how to return them. I placed the order in early August and received the shoes in early October. Really? They do not fit, the response from customer service has been a runaround with no resolution. The apparent location is South Africa (really?) and the customer service number is New York (really?). I am so upset with this company and its slow walking every aspect of this order that I want to fly there myself and scream at them. Avoid. Please. Avoid. No way to get my money back and stuck with shoes that are large enough for a size 9 foot. I wear a 7.
