Girotti Summer Casual Leather Shoes
The company's policy is that custom ordered shoes that do not fit will be re-made. I ordered one pair and they didn't fit. When I contacted customer service they said I could not return them and have ignored inquiries to have them remade to fit properly. Very unethical. I filed a case with my credit card company to resolve the issue.
