I am in love with this store. I am able to design my own shoes without anyone having my color. That makes me smile knowing that I have hundreds of shoes. Your site is easy to work and have some of the most beautiful selections. I am so grateful to have stumbled across your site. My husband also purchased shoes from your store. We LOVE Girotti! I had a wonderful experience creating my custom shoes with Girotti. They have a wide variety of customization options to choose from and the entire process is really fun. The shoes are of great quality, very comfortable and stylish. Taking into consideration that these are custom shoes, the turn around time was very fast in my opinion. I was able to see the progress of my order at all times. Shipping was very fast as well. I will definitely shop there again. It's a fun concept and it was a seamless and pleasant experience for me.

When I got my shoes, I was delighted that they turned exactly the way I designed them. The craftsmanship of the shoe is very well manufactured. My whole experience has been negative with this company with the order of my shoes and they send me the wrong ones from sending them back for a refund and it’s been over 2 weeks and nothing back. Do not recommend

I was nervous at first because I wasn’t sure I would get the sizing right but my purchase price me won’t. I LOVE my custom Chelsea boots. I started with a base model Ave then edited it so it had details I wanted. The sizing is tricky but I have wide feet that are short, so I used the sizing chart which confused me so I ordered true to size and the shoes fit perfectly. I’m typically a US women size 8 to get boots that give me room for thick socks so u ordered a 7.5.By the way...notice how three 'glowing' reviews posted on the same date? hmmm....really?

Oxfords
Order went ok & I received notice the shoes were shipped. Ordered in April 2021. The Fed Ex tracking number is nothing more than a phone number. I haven’t tried it because it seems to be an international number. Going to try to email to see where my shoes are. I’m fearing it’s a rip off

OMB (oh my boots) I Love them with a capital A. I have searched for blue books for at least 1 year. I no longer live in NYC where you can find anything. I found them on Girotti's website - I am in love with my boots.
