Nothing as expected
I ordered two pairs of shoes. The website and order process were easy and seamless. 1 I received in a timely manner. The fit was ok, I have wide fit although I didn't order a wide they're very loose and gap out on the sides of my feet but somehow still rub on my heels even after multiple wears. The quality was ok, missed stitches and glue residue. The leather definitely was not the quality I am used to from other Italian shoes I have bought. The 2nd pair is where it went really left. It's been 2 1/2 months. I have not seen anything at all. I have reached out multiple times, received multiple different responses and tracking numbers, none of which show that any shipping company has actually even received them to ship to me. All responses seem automated and they're definitely giving me the run around. I understand that mistakes happen but let me know instead of lying and yanking me around. Since I haven't gotten a response or any sort of tangible proof they've even shipped yet alone made this pair I have opened a claim with my bank and the charges have been reversed. I understand this might not be the case for everyone and if the quality was up to par I might be willing to wait longer but 2 1/2 months seems long enough.
penny loafers
Despite what their website says, they will stonewall you if you try to return shoes. Mine were ... and uncomfortable. I fought with them for a while and finally gave the shoes away. Buyer beware!
Shoes size 7 but a lot ... than my foot. i leaving in US and most of brand name here fit on me with size 7. They don’t let me exchange or refund. Shoes not look good like they ad on the their web. Service so awful. Never get back here.
Beautifully made
Beautifully made! Ordered two different styles. My only complaint is one style is a lot narrower and I wish I knew that beforehand as I'm not able to wear them and couldn't send them back. Otherwise, the quality is gorgeous!These shoes are among the best

My whole experience has been negative with this company with the order of my shoes and they send me the wrong ones from sending them back for a refund and it’s been over 2 weeks and nothing back. Do not recommend

Oxfords
Order went ok & I received notice the shoes were shipped. Ordered in April 2021. The Fed Ex tracking number is nothing more than a phone number. I haven’t tried it because it seems to be an international number. Going to try to email to see where my shoes are. I’m fearing it’s a rip off
Dark blue boots
OMB (oh my boots) I Love them with a capital A. I have searched for blue books for at least 1 year. I no longer live in NYC where you can find anything. I found them on Girotti's website - I am in love with my boots.

I went with a half size bigger& they fit& feel very comfortably.. I feel like tap-dancing& I don't know how to tap dance;) Girotti has so many colors to choose from, I will most definitely be getting more,, Thank you all at Girotti for your hard work & attention to detail stitching, etc.. Is well worth it;
