New shoes, waited for Xmas, green boots
So I got these awesome new shoes from that fancy online shoe store, and let me tell you, I was a little worried they wouldn't fit right or something. But man, was I wrong! It took a little longer than I thought for the boots to arrive, but I guess that's just 'cause it was around Christmas time. Anyways, when they finally showed up, they were absolutely perfect! I picked out this cool deep green color that's just so awesome, and the leather is top-notch quality. They fit me like a glove, like I was Cinderella or something! Whenever I wear them out, people are always complimenting me on how nice they look, even strangers! So now I went and ordered another pair from that same place, and I can't wait for them to arrive so I can add them to my shoe collection!
Purchased two pairs of shoes
I just bought my first pair of shoes from this company, and I have to say I was really impressed. I was a bit hesitant at first since I had never ordered from them before, but after getting my first pair, I was blown away by the quality and how well they were made. They were awesome and way better than what I expected. So, I decided to order another pair, this time going for loafers. Let me tell you, they are absolutely amazing. The amount of detail and the overall design exceeded my expectations once more. I will definitely be ordering from them again real soon.
Wonderful experience
I had a wonderful experience creating my custom shoes with Girotti. They have a wide variety of customization options to choose from and the entire process is really fun. The shoes are of great quality, very comfortable and stylish. Taking into consideration that these are custom shoes, the turn around time was very fast in my opinion. I was able to see the progress of my order at all times. Shipping was very fast as well. I will definitely shop there again. It's a fun concept and it was a seamless and pleasant experience for me.
prom shoes
My sister is obssesed with shoes.. She had prom couple weeks ago and I wanted to buy her something special. When I discovered Girotti I knew that she would love the idea to design her shoes.
We were very excited and a bit stressed if the shoes will arrived on time but the customer service convinced us they will arrive.
Very responsive customer service and great product! The quality of the leather is absolutely amazing, they are stunning! Thank you Girotti for making my sister so happy!Tried to send back a pair of shoes .I had ordered in February. For a refund. Received them back a couple of days ago with the message acceptance was refused . The original packing slip and accompanied paperwork was in Italian only, very hard to go by.
Very bad experience. I waited months for my shoes, which didn't fit, and sent them back but they're not issuing the refund. Beware! Avoid!
I got four pairs because they have all over the website free returns; very-very-poor quality, not made in italy, sent the wrong size and one of the soles with wrong color; no refunds; no nothing. A scam!

Girotti is an online Bulgarian business with two employees that brands itself Italian. Notice that shoes do not say where they are made. There are no refunds. Expect very bad quality shoes that won't fit
I love the shoes I purchased . I chose a cobalt blue suede with a jeweled heel and I feel so elegant when wearing them . The colour is vibrant , the comfort perfect and they turn heads . Simply love them .
These shoes are among the best
These shoes are among the best, I have ordered online. Great quality for the money. I ordered one pair to check out the fit and quality and was amazed. I am preparing to place another order for six pair.An unexpected and unrivalled experience. Stumbled, by glorious accident, upon the Girotti website, and tentatively ‘designed’ my own shoe combination (after hours and hours of fruitless searching). The result - incredible! And half sizes makes the fit almost perfect. Could not be happier.
I am one of those who feels ripped off. The order of two pairs with my meticulous measuring resulted in extremely late deliveries, at different times, with both pairs being far too large. Since the return policy requires a turnaround of two weeks or no return, I was in limbo about how to return them. I placed the order in early August and received the shoes in early October. Really? They do not fit, the response from customer service has been a runaround with no resolution. The apparent location is South Africa (really?) and the customer service number is New York (really?). I am so upset with this company and its slow walking every aspect of this order that I want to fly there myself and scream at them. Avoid. Please. Avoid. No way to get my money back and stuck with shoes that are large enough for a size 9 foot. I wear a 7.
Loafers for summer
As someone who loves collecting shoes, I really enjoy having lots of choices when I'm looking to add to my collection. I recently decided to get some loafers for the summer months and found a couple of awesome styles at this store. I ordered them and was pleasantly surprised by how fast they arrived. The quality of the loafers was top-notch and I was super happy with my purchase. I can't wait to buy more shoes from this store in the future.
Customized shoes purchase
I just got myself some custom shoes from this store and I gotta say, I'm pretty happy with how they turned out. I had read some reviews saying that delivery took forever, but my shoes actually got to me in about 3 weeks, considering they had to come from overseas, so I was cool with that. They weren't super comfy at first, it took a few wears for them to break in, but now that I've been wearing them for a while, they feel great, especially since I'm on my feet a lot during the day.
Love my shoes!!!
I was nervous at first because I wasn’t sure I would get the sizing right but my purchase price me won’t. I LOVE my custom Chelsea boots. I started with a base model Ave then edited it so it had details I wanted. The sizing is tricky but I have wide feet that are short, so I used the sizing chart which confused me so I ordered true to size and the shoes fit perfectly. I’m typically a US women size 8 to get boots that give me room for thick socks so u ordered a 7.5.By the way...notice how three 'glowing' reviews posted on the same date? hmmm....really?
dress shoes
Very happy with them. Look and feel good. Took a few weeks to arrive but they're made to order which takes time and shipping is slow all over the world. I would suggest you order the size you usually wear instead of relying on the website guide. I ordered a size and a half over what the website measurement guide said and they fit the way I like-- I have to put orthotics into my shoes so I need some extra room, and I like my shoes loose.
Demonstrated excellent customer service
I had a little trouble with delivery but Girotti Customer Service Team provided excellent participation in providing the necessary information to FEDEX. When I got my shoes, I was delighted that they turned exactly the way I designed them. The craftsmanship of the shoe is very well manufactured. Thank you for an awesome shoe and outstanding customer service. I am looking forward to ordering my next pair :)!!!!Slip ons ordered in fuschia and coral
The slip ons I got from this shoe company are seriously beautiful in fuschia and coral. But man, when they came, they were super tight on my wide feet. I hit up customer service to swap them out, sending over my foot sizes in hopes of scoring a wider pair. The whole communication deal was nice and pro, and after about three weeks, I got the new shoes that fit just right. The stuff they use is top-notch and it shows!
Boots for wife
Honestly, I thought I did everything right by giving my wife's calf measurement, but they told me to just go with the standard size. So now there's this weird gap between her calf and the top of the boot, which is pretty disappointing. If only they had thought about that, these boots would've been just right. My wife still thinks they're okay, but I can't help but feel a little disappointed.

These shoes are so gorgeous, I'm so excited to wear them with my 1950s-inspired outfit. The quality is amazing, and I really appreciate all the little details. I'll definitely be coming back to buy more in the future.
Quick delivery, accurate product
My order from Girotti Shoes came pretty quickly, just a few weeks after I placed it. The shoes looked just like they did on the website, which was a nice surprise since sometimes online shopping can be hit or miss. I'm really happy with what I got. I feel for anyone who didn't have a great experience, but I would definitely buy from them again without thinking twice.

Leather anniversary gift
I just bought my husband a pair of shoes for our leather anniversary gift. They took a bit longer to get here than I thought, but let me tell you, they were totally worth the wait. These shoes are just gorgeous - a stunning navy color and they are so well-made. My husband says they're super comfy too. I couldn't be happier with my purchase and I would absolutely tell other people to check them out.

I purchased shoes from the website to…wear to a wedding, but the shoes didn't fit, arrived months late, and couldn't be returned
I purchased shoes from the website to wear at an upcoming wedding (two months time). The shoes looked nice from the website and they advertised free returns. The shoes arrived after 4.5 months, so too late for the wedding. Although they look like they were made nice, the shoes were too narrow to fit on my feet. I contacted them about the free return and they stated that there were lots of caveats to the easy free return. After 3 months of fighting with them, they said they would accept a return, but then never followed up. I had to go thru my bank to finally get my money back. It was a huge ordeal and not worth the effort. I DO NOT RECOMMEND buy anything from this company! Since I couldn't wear the shoes, I donated them to a homeless shelter. What a waste of time & effort!!shoes
I will never ever buy shoes from this company ever again. I bought a pair of shoes that cost over $200 and the heal of one of the shoes came entirely off. Shoes that expensive should not have that happen. They will not replace or offer to repair. The shoes were hardly warn as we were in lockdown for half of the time and it was also winter. Their warranty is only good for 30 days. Despite the circumstances the world was in they wouldn't offer some sort of compensation. Scam.
