Leather loafers
I was totally shocked and let down by those leather loafers I got from this company. They were nothing like the photos they showed online - the leather was so cheap and thin, and the rubber sole felt super flimsy. I've bought way better shoes for way less money before. When I tried to return them and asked customer service for help, they were so stubborn and wouldn't even honor their own return policy. I felt totally frustrated and ripped off as a customer.
