New tire missing
I ordered a new tire, and it still hasn't arrived at my house! It was supposed to be delivered a week ago, but FedEx says it went to the wrong place. I called both addresses, but no one seems to have it. I spent over 2 hours trying to track it down, but no dice. I paid for it, so I should have it by now!

I recently got this really awesome tool from CPO Commerce, which was my second time ordering from them. The package it came in was a little beat up, but thankfully the tool itself was totally unharmed. It would be nice if they could improve their packaging for better protection though.

Crystal Palace signed merchandise
I was looking for some Crystal Palace signed gear for my daughter's boyfriend and ended up finding a really good selection at this store. I got a nice picture at a good price and it arrived quickly. The picture's quality and the service I got were better than I expected. I'll definitely tell other people about this place.

I just bought this sequin gown from that store, but I had to return it because it didn't fit right. Dealing with the return has been a total headache - I've been waiting forever for a response to my emails. I'm so let down by the lack of customer service and communication.

Recent order delivery experience
I ordered from this company recently, and usually their products are top-notch, but this time the delivery was not great. The courier said they tried to deliver it twice, which is weird because I've never had trouble getting my orders before. Two days before it actually arrived, I got a message saying they had tried to deliver it, and that just made me even more annoyed. Finally, after waiting 20 days, I got the order. Now I'm just hoping the baby clothes I ordered will fit.

Pool cleaner parts
I got some parts for my pool cleaner, but it took over a month for them to show up in Australia. I reached out to the company and they sent me replacement parts within three days without any trouble. It was amazing! I was really pleased with how quickly the new parts arrived and they fit perfectly in my pool cleaner. The customer service was fantastic, they were friendly and really helped me out. They saved my pool situation for sure!

Running shoes purchase
I just bought these running shoes from the store thinking I was getting a great deal, but they totally fell apart after only a couple of months. There wasn't even that much wear and tear on them! I was so bummed out by the poor quality, it felt like a rip off. And when I tried reaching out to customer service, they were no help at all. It's so frustrating to spend money on something that ends up being a total dud.

Lemon sips
Ordered lemon sips for the first time on April 8, 2o23 and never heard from them until I emailed to ask why I have it received mg order. I was charged. The only way I am notified about shipping is when I keep emailing them and they keep changing the shipping date it was supposed to ship April 24 than April 29 now they are estimating between May 8 and May 12. I’ve actually already paid the bill on my credit card. I’ve asked them if I could have a refund if it doesn’t ship by a certain time and they will not agree to that so basically, I don’t believe this item is ever coming and they have my money.

Women boots
I ordered a pair of boots carefully following Girotti's recommendations to take my measurements. When I received them they were too small (1/2 size) and too narrow (I am apparently slightly taller than the average woman Girotti has as customer, and the shaft height of the boots doesn't fit my calves the way it should so the top of the shaft is positionned at the Iargest part of my calf, making the boots way too narrow to close them). I tried to contact Girotti many times for a free exchange as advertised on their site but they never replied to my tickets. It's false advertising and they stole my money. I would not recommend this site if you don't want to lose your money.
