    Hunting gear purchase

    I just bought some hunting gear from this store and man, was I bummed to learn that they shut down the hunting section. It blows my mind that they would do that, hunting and shooting are legit sports that tons of folks enjoy. It's not just a hassle for me and other customers who need that gear, it's also a letdown for the hunting community. Here's hoping they change their minds and bring back the hunting department real soon.

    Recent credit card fraud incident

    I had a really tough situation where someone used my credit card without permission at this store. They were making transactions non-stop until my bank caught on and froze my card. It was a total nightmare, especially since I was on vacation and had no way to access my money. I had to deal with all the headache of disputing the charges and waiting for a new card to come in.

    The store seriously needs an undercover boss to come in and check things out. The customer service was really subpar and not at all exciting. Waiting for someone to unlock the changing rooms was painful, it felt like forever. I could have easily ordered a pizza and had it delivered in the time it took, no joke. The staff just seemed bored and not helpful at all, they just gave me blank looks when I asked about the items. Considering how much they charge for stuff, I was expecting a lot more energy and help. If you hate working here, just find another job already.

    Wow, ordering from this place was a complete disaster! I bought some lacrosse cleats online and chose same-day delivery. I got an email confirming the delivery window, but the items never came. I contacted customer service multiple times and all they gave me were empty promises about my delivery being on the way. Turns out there was a "technical error" and my order was canceled without any warning. They said sorry and offered me a discount, so I reordered the shoes for same-day delivery, only to find out they couldn't actually deliver them on the same day. I spoke to a supervisor who just offered me a lousy $5 store credit and reordered with standard shipping. It was a total nightmare.

But, I was kinda let down to see that their camping and fishing sections have been on the decline. It's a bummer that they don't seem to care much about things like hunting, which used to be a big deal for them.     I just bought two golf bags on sale online. I was pretty pumped to snag such a good deal, but things didn't go as smoothly as I hoped.     I recently went to a sporting goods store in Orland Park, IL for a putter fitting with a club fitter. They really knew their stuff and took the time to analyze my swing.     I recently received several Christmas gifts from DICK'S and they arrived super quickly, like in just two days! It was awesome because I didn't have to pay extra for shipping like I've had to with other places I've ordered from. Plus, all the items were the right sizes and nothing was broken.     I bought some compression leggings from this store, but man, I gotta say, I was pretty disappointed with how they handle their coupons. The coupons they give out have a crazy long list of stuff you can't use them on, so it basically rules out everything I wanted to use them for. It's so annoying to get all excited about a coupon, only to find out you can't use it on the stuff you actually want to buy. Like, why can't they just make the coupons easier for us customers to actually use?

    Let me tell you, I splurged on a $300 hiking backpack, expecting top-notch quality. The design and features were exactly what I wanted, so I thought the price was worth it.
