Custom-fitted golf driver
I recently bought a custom-fitted golf driver from this company, and honestly, I was super let down by the whole experience. The delivery took way longer than I thought, and when the driver finally showed up, I thought it looked great and felt good. But then, it totally fell apart when the face of the club cracked after hardly any use, making it useless. And to top it off, when I tried to get help from the company, they told me the warranty was already expired just after two years. I spent $400 on this thing, I expected it to last way longer. The fact that they didn't help me out at all and just ignored the problem made me even more upset. I'm definitely not buying from them again and I'm already checking out other options from their competitors. Do yourself a favor and read this before you buy anything.

I was so frustrated with the level of irresponsibility and unprofessionalism I encountered with this company. I placed an order and patiently waited for my package, but it never arrived. When I contacted customer service for assistance, they wouldn't take blame for the lost package and even had the nerve to suggest that I pay for shipping again. It was disappointing enough to not receive my order, but being treated poorly by the company made it even worse. I asked for a refund, but they quickly turned me down. I definitely wouldn't suggest this company to anyone - stay away at all costs.

Wow, ordering from this place was a complete disaster! I bought some lacrosse cleats online and chose same-day delivery. I got an email confirming the delivery window, but the items never came. I contacted customer service multiple times and all they gave me were empty promises about my delivery being on the way. Turns out there was a "technical error" and my order was canceled without any warning. They said sorry and offered me a discount, so I reordered the shoes for same-day delivery, only to find out they couldn't actually deliver them on the same day. I spoke to a supervisor who just offered me a lousy $5 store credit and reordered with standard shipping. It was a total nightmare.

The drone I bought was a breeze to put together and fly as soon as I took it out of the box. After checking out the instructions for about 20 minutes, I gave it a go and was really impressed by how well and steady it flew. But then on the third day of using it, I ran into a problem where it started shaking like crazy around 20 feet up in the sky, which made it crash and break the camera. Luckily, I managed to fix it up and now it seems to be back in working order.
