I really love this art print! It totally changed the vibe of my dining room and made it feel like a cool art studio. Limited edition print purchase
So, I recently bought this print that was supposed to be super unique, like a limited edition kind of deal, from this website. But then, I went back to the site later and saw they still had a ton of prints left in the same size as mine. They made a big deal about how once it sells out, it's gone forever, which made it seem more special. But now I feel kinda duped and let down. I tried looking up info on the artist online, but came up empty. It makes me wonder if the artist is real and if these prints are actually limited edition. It seems like they might be trying to hype up the value of the prints by making up a cool story about the artist. I'm not sure if these prints were ever actually worth the price they were asking for. The fact that they weren't upfront about all this is really disappointing and has made me skeptical about the whole website.
Painting with frame
Oh my gosh, I ordered that painting with a frame because the art was so amazing, but the frame was practically falling apart! I let them know, and they said they would refund me, so I just bought a new frame on my own. Then they kept emailing me three times in two days about sending me a new frame, even after I already told them I got one myself. It was so bothersome!
Portrait purchase

I was really interested in the different pieces they had, but I was a bit unsure at first because of the charity thing. But I took the plunge and bought something, and I was pleasantly surprised. White frame purchase.
This purchase was just awful. The white frame I got was so flimsy and marked up, it really let me down in terms of quality. I've bought better stuff from discount stores for way less money. It's crazy to think they're selling such poor quality items for that price. This brand's name really doesn't match what they're putting out there. Definitely steer clear of this store, it's just not worth it!

UK duty tax payment issue
I just bought something from this company, and I ran into a big problem with UK duty taxes. Even though my total order was a little over £300, the invoice given to the courier showed that the items were worth almost £3000. Because of this mix-up, I ended up with a really high tax bill. I'm not happy about the lack of clear information and communication about the duty taxes, so I'm currently in the process of disputing the issue with the courier.
