Table 'emma' purchase
I just got the 'Emma' table from this company, and I have to say, the whole experience was amazing. I messed up my order, but customer service was quick and efficient in fixing it. A few weeks later, my table showed up, and I got an email to track its delivery, which was super helpful. It was packed well, and the instructions made putting it together a piece of cake. I decided to tackle it myself, and it was actually pretty easy. The end product looks stunning and went above and beyond what I was expecting. High table order in wood effect
I was really on the fence about getting this table, but man, oh man, am I glad I did! It felt like Christmas morning when it got delivered, and let me tell you, it looked even better in real life than it did online. Evolution Desk
I was a bit unsure about trying out this new company, especially since they're based overseas and I was worried about customs fees. But after I checked out their FaQs and saw they'd take care of any extra charges, I went ahead and ordered the Evolution Desk. It did show up a little late, after the holidays, but it was packaged up really nicely and came in great shape. I'd been having a tough time finding a table that was just the right size for me here in the UK, so I was really happy to finally get my hands on this desk.
Dining room table and coffee table in Rustic Oak
I just gotta say, the furniture I got was amazing. I ordered a dining room table that turns into a console and a coffee table in Rustic Oak, and let me tell you, it was even better than I expected. The wood was absolutely gorgeous and the craftsmanship was top-notch. The pictures online just didn't do it justice. I was blown away by all the little details and the overall design. And knowing that it was all made in Italy just added that extra touch of authenticity and charm. I'd definitely recommend buying from this company.

I got this really awesome new dining table for our family dinners and it's just perfect. It arrived super fast and was really nicely packaged. Lacopo bookcase purchase
This company is amazing all around! Ordering was a breeze, delivery was fast, and the packaging kept everything safe. I was blown away by the craftsmanship of the lacopo bookcase. Putting it together took some time, but they gave me all the parts I needed and it all went together well. It looks fantastic in my home now.
Emma extendable dining table
The dining table I got from this company is just amazing. The service I got was excellent and I couldn't be happier with how good the product is. Everyone who has seen it has said it looks great in my place. I'm excited to buy more stuff from them in the future. Definitely recommend this company!
Non-disclosure of extra bank charges
I just bought a table from this company and was really upset to see an extra charge on my bank statement for a non-sterling transaction. They never mentioned this fee when I bought the table, so I felt like they were being sneaky and unfair. I tried reaching out to their customer service team by filling out their contact form, but they never got back to me. I was frustrated by their lack of response, so I reached out to them through Facebook messenger. Unfortunately, they just gave me the run-around and didn't resolve my issue.
Table order
The table I ordered got here in rough shape, probably from all the jostling during delivery. But the folks on the customer service team were right on it and sent me a new one that showed up in just 5 days. I'm grateful for their quick and caring help.
My new piece of furniture
It's awesome! I found this really neat piece of furniture that fits just right in my living room. When my whole family comes to visit, we can all gather around the table together. It's really sleek and simple to switch from a regular table to a dining table. It's perfect if you're tight on space!
Bedside tables
So, back in February, I ordered some bedside tables online. They're nice and all, but they don't match my room like I thought they would. I contacted customer service in August to ask for a refund. At first, they were all for it, starting the process and all. But then they said, "Oops, too much time has passed, can't give you a refund." What a joke! The tables are brand new, untouched, and they're selling them at full price online still! Not cool. Why can't they just give me my money back? It wouldn't hurt them at all. Their customer service stinks, so I won't be shopping there again. But then they reached out after I left a review and said, "Okay, we'll give you a refund now." So, I guess that's something.
